We stayed in this hotel for a night as a stopover on the way to Coffs Harbour, and wished we hadn't. The receptionist was very rude, our room was musty, stank, stained lounges, leaking bathroom tap, soiled linen, unhygienic. The pool was unusable (full of duck excrement) and the overall grounds were dated, run down and generally hostile. We paid...

We stayed at this resort for three nights over the Queens Birthday weekend. Our first contact was with Cathy at reception, and we found her to be very friendly and helpful. The cabins are surprisingly spacious, both in the living area and the bedrooms. There is plenty of room for four people without tripping over each other. The full size...

Booked late February for our late April Sydney, Blue Mountains, Port Stephens trip for family reasons. Have stayed here before and enjoyed the space and flexibility of the self contained cottages(42). Rang personally to book to maximise the money going to the owner as no 3rd party booking fee incurred by them. They take one nights booking charged to my...

We spontaneously decided to go beachside for a night. Finding great accommodation for a family of 5 is usually a pricey adventure but in this case it was top value for little money. the kids loved the spacious rooms, they didn't want to leave the shower/bath and the great pool area :) everything was clean and looked and felt great....

SHOCKING, The first night we had a shower the hot water kept going on and off. The next day my partner made a complaint to reception and they promised to have it fixed. They didn't fix the hot water they turned it OFF! I searched the guest manual to find a number to call and found nothing. It was 10.30...

I booked a cabin through online booking and it was relatively cheap for four people. We arrived with 20minutes to go before personnel is off duty and the staff at the reception at the time was most helpful with nearby activities, shops and facilities. No problems with anything in the cabins, the bathroom, kitchen and rooms were nice and clean....

We stayed 2 nights (a Friday & Saturday) in cabin 5, a 2 bedroom cabin. There are 42 on site & they all look similar, although a few might have a sea view. Some have attached single car carports, others have parking spots away from the cabins. It is a step up from the caravan park across the road, but...

My partner and I booked in for two nights over a weekend including the first night of the school holidays. We ended up requesting a different cabin and the receptionist listened to our request and made arrangements for a more suitable cabin straight away. The grounds have a pool and tennis courts and bbqs and there are shops nearby for...

We checked into our cabin and were very disappointed, they are very dated and need to be painted and made more modern. The beds are very old and sunken in the middle, pillows rock hard. There were biscuits and wrappers under the cushions on the lounge and lots of dust under it. We then went into the bathroom and were left...
