A great place to stop for 1 or 2 nights. Clean and tidy amenities, very helpful owner operator. Well stocked shop for all your needs .Good size sites and able to stay hooked up for an early start next day. Great little town too
Very friendly family owned and operated park.We received excellent customer service and were personally guided onto your site. The amenities are old but extremely clean and tidy. The office shop is very well stocked offering a wide range of frozen and tinned foods as well as the staples. Great little place to stop overnight especially if you are after a quiet nights sleep.
What a great stopover for our Central West caravan road trip. Very clean and tidy facilities. Friendly and welcoming, and only 35Km from “The Dish”. Nice walk around the gold mine too. Would not hesitate in returning. Recommended.
Good shower, laundry toilet facilities. Good size fire pit with wood. The site has a little shop to buy provisions & there is a great chinese restaurant at the RSL. Tent sites are flat & grassy. There is a camp kitchen with gas cooking.
Such a delightful little caravan park. The ammeneties block has heated floors and automatic temperature showers. It's so wonderfully quaint and country. Beautiful large, shady trees and no road noise for a very peaceful sleep. Very friendly onsite owners. You couldn't hope for more. Thank you for having us.
We stayed on a powered site for two nights. This is a lovely little caravan park with the owners onsite. We were escorted to our site and had scones, jam and cream delivered to us each afternoon. This is one of the few caravan parks that has a park tv aerial that you plug into your van. I’m pleased we punched on past Dubbo and stayed here.
Great park to stay and explore the gem of Peak Hill. The owners are friendly and even provide afternoon tea of a scone with jam and cream. Amenities are very clean. BBQ and fire pit area. Fossil Museum at the park.to explore as well.
Stayed for one night heading north great little Park with great hosts. Happy hour with nibbles supplied. Next morning the windscreen fairy had cleaned our car windscreen. Some of the large "upmarket" parks could take a leaf out of their book on customer relations
Overnight cabin stay. Good cabin with everything we neefed. Scones for afternoon tea a nice addition. Friendly service and the local shop an asset. A good spot for a break when ttavelling the Newell highway
My mother and I stayed at Peak Hill caravan park for 3 nights in a cabin. Very reasonable price,. It was spotless , cosy and also has blackout curtains. There is a bbq area, which is excellent, the grounds are kept very clean and tidy, with lots of shade trees for campervans, caravans and tents. The couple are lovely and the lady, brings around jam cream scones , for everyone. Well worth the stop.
