Stayed over on a weekend and didn't have any noise issues The elevators are confusing though I had to take 2 different elevators to get to my apartment Also wasn't told properly how to get in and out the doors or garage The apartment itself was nice though and big but my single bed I could tell the springs have...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was lovely - unit 23. Beautifully appointed with great kitchen, large living area and balcony with views to Port Stephens. The pool was clean, with plenty of seating, but perhaps a little small for the number of units. Fabulous BBQ area with plenty of tables and chairs - also spotless. Lovely...

Recently had a family weekend at Côte Family in multiple unit and using unit 32 as a gathering place and it could not have been better. Unit 32 is a wonderful unit with large open plan spaces two balconies both with views oh and a gale that blew us away when fully opened up but on a day with calmer...

We stayed in apartment 27. While the apartment has modern amenities and is in an excellent location, we found the bedrooms way too light and the beds very uncomfortable. We also killed several cockroaches during our stay which is disgusting. This apartment is unsuitable for families with a pram or people who require wheelchair access. We have a 4 month...

We spent the night in unit 11 which was advertised as having ducted air conditioning throughout. The day we arrived the temperatures were in the high 40's so we couldn't wait to get into our cool unit only to find the air con didn't work & it was cooler outside. Small fans were found in each bedroom cupboard so obviously management...

Thanks for your review and feed back Vicki. We find it very concerning to us when we read the experiences of upset holiday makers who visit our wonderful resort, the unit that you stayed in is maintained and managed by an outside property management business. These agents are responsible for the cleaning and the day to day maintenance of these...

Had a great time at the Cote D'Azur! It was a modern and clean complex that is conveniently situated in the heart of town. I thoroughly enjoyed doing whatever, whenever including visiting near by bays, shops and of course the clean and well temperatured pool. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed 3 nights in unit 4 and was very comfortable , a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms on the ground floor . Close to everything and overall was good value for money [ midweek and out of the busy season ] . The only little annoying thing was that the TV could not get SBS and when I mentioned...

Emotions were so high for my daughter's wedding, then after it was all over last week life seemed flat, so she suggested the four of us return to the area where she had her first holiday with her husband, four years ago. She chose this place as it gave us both private double bedrooms and our own bathroom. Mine also...
