Came down on a spontaneous trip. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful, the list of different clubs and what not was very helpful! The room itself was fine, simple but I wasn’t expecting something out of a magazine. Everything clean, good stock of coffee, tea and sugar. Shower was the only downfall - I just prefer high pressure so no biggie. Great location - even some little kangaroos come up at night. Nice little getaway for my husband and I.

A great place to stay, clean, great location to town and a very comfortable bed. The check in process was easy and very quick. No complaints from me and I would happily stay there again. A very unassuming motel but very well laid and and great value for money. It was cold and windy so we didn’t explore outside but what we did see looked fantastic.

Great for the price, there were some things that need updating like no air conditioning, old small TV but for the amount of time spent in the room it was more than adequate. Parking was a distance from the room which meant getting wet a couple of times and it make unpacking and packing a longer task than normal. The bed was very comfortable and cooking facilities were adequate. Good value for the price.

We had a deluxe room, glad we didn't pick a standard room. Basic but functional, in a lovely position near Fishpen but I wouldn't stay more than one night. Room was musty smelling, the lighting was dreadful and the light fittings dusty, cobwebs on the ceiling and just generally run down. The net curtains needed a good wash and the door didn't fit properly so it was banging in the wind all the time. There was no information on where to eat in the room and no free Wifi to look anything up - you had to pay $10 a day. No phone in the room either. TV remote didn't work. Very very basic small area for tea and coffee making. Probably wouldn't go back.

Good value, but you could get cheaper for the same style. The bathroom was lovely and clean and modern The bed was comfortable and we had a little sitting area outside. The tiny kitchenette had most things you need, but the cupboards are really difficult to open & close Some staff were helpful, others not so.

Basic motel rooms, nice and clean. Cannot complain for the price. Small tennis court is fun for a hit, could do with a resurface, can hire racquets from reception at no cost. 10 minute walk into town across the bridge. We had a great stay, would stay again.

Stayed here as an overnight stay after covid restrictions lifted for work. Great location walking distance across the bridge to township or river. However I was really disappointed in the room. Heating wouldn't turn on, tv remote didn't work only 1 volume and couldn't change it or channel. Room value for money.

We booked and paid for a 2 night stay, explained that we would be arriving at 10 pm when we booked, drove 3 hours to arrive to a very unpleasant office manager. Explained to him that we had book and paid online, and was told we didn't call and let them know personally that we would be arriving at a certain time, he was rude, and very disrepectful and forceful. suggested, that it wasn't his problem that we had arrived at the time that we stated and was told very rude that they are closed. No where is it stated that we were to call a head and make sure that they had read there email about what time we would arrive. Very unhappy about the rude manager. After entering the room, we found it to be dirty, and smelly, mouldy showers, and dirty pillow cases and sheets, fridge was dirty and room was very dusty, we didn't want to complain as the manager was aggressive towards us. Will not be staying here again. Nor recommending the motel.

We enjoyed our room a lot. The TV was functional, the remote didn't work initially but we fixed it easily. The whole room was clean and warm and had all the amenities we could ask for. The only small annoyance was the heater/aircon which made a fair bit of noise.
