Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Our room was bright and large with expansive water views. The owners are welcoming and accomodating. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be nice to have some milk in the fridge upon arrival. Cheers!

This secluded retreat is nestled on the edge of Lake Merimbula, a short distance from the main town. You can stay in the cabins or guest house. We stayed in the guest house with a lovely verandah attached. Room was spacious. Birds singing was the only noise. Greg the host was very pleasant and cooked a great breakfast. You can...

Had a chance to visit Merimbula for business for several weeks, having traveled on business in the past I wanted some place other than a hotel. After reading reviews choose the Nest, quite charming a short distance from town. Cottage had a scenic view of the upper lake and the wildlife were quite breathtaking. On my walks I was greeted...

We stayed in one of the spa units. A little bit dated but fully self contained, really comfortable and spacious. The walk along the boardwalk was lovely (short walk to this trail) and the grounds of the hotel contained a pool, tennis court and great views of the nearby water. A bit pricey, but a really nice place. Breaky is...

We had an apartment in one of the cottages in the garden, near the main guesthouse. The location was about 1.5km off the main road and outside the town, so it was a very pleasant and quiet location, with access via the boardwalk into town. The apartment's decor was dated, but everything was very clean. We were visiting in Sept,...

We stayed here two nights on our trip and can't recommend it highly enough. The host is welcoming and makes the best breakfast. We stayed in the one bedroom cottage with fabulous views of the lake. Can follow the track to the jetty and from take a lovely walk into town via the Boardwalk. If your looking for somewhere that...

Our first trip to the region and we were so lucky to be in this place. We were four couples and spent the long weekend there. Never before we felt this warmth and this peacefulness. I'm sure it is the magic of Robyn's Nest and the natural surrounding together with its comfort and intimacy. Thank you Greg and all the...

We had a low key industry conference for 40 people there for the day with people from Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and around the region including Bega, Cooma, Merimbula and more. Greg and his team were wonderful hosts. Breakfast and water views and walks were all highlights. only stayed a couple of nights, should have made it a week!

Hidden on the hill in Merimbula, nestled in lush bushland lies the only boutique resort in town. It's such a special place - wander the grounds and discover the private jetty on the lake, or take in the spectacular view from your verandah, either way you'll feel like you're in on the best secret around! I think it's because it's...
