Stayed here the last two nights. The resort I found to be very clean and had a nice tropical feel to resorts found in far north qld. The pool is amazing however could have been heated a little more. The only problem we had was the salt bar attached to the premises had loud music until 12.30 am in sat...

Absolutely loved our stay at Mantra on Salt Beach. We stayed in an ocean view hotel room room and it was nice and quiet and the view was beautiful. Pool and spa's were also very private. Plenty of food options just metres from your door step. We will absolutely be back. Thank you.

Perfect location. Disappointed that the pool bar closed early. 5pm is when most people venture out for a drink before dinner. We did however find service at the Peppers resort next door. Our mini fridge also was broken resulting in a 6 pack of beer frozen & wasted.

The one bedroom spa apartment was lovely and well appointed. It is a large resort but still has a nice feel to it, I enjoyed being in block 7 which was away from the central reception so it was quiet and had its own smaller pool close by. Perfect!

Don't get trapped by the beautiful location and the pool. The place is not clean, the service is unfriendly and not helpful at all. The rooms are not cheap and they don't even clean your room on a daily base. When you stay in the middle of summer for that money you expect a clean room and a towel service....

I like to end positively so the annoying first. Breakfast is poor, much like a hostel..& how does a Hotel of this calibre not have tomato juice to make a Bloody Mary, & lastly, bar shuts I think 5pm...!!! I will return to this lovely hotel. Recommend one bedroom suite. Great kitchen, large, beautiful bathroom with stunning bath. Really comfortable...

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our time in the pools, and had some lovely meals in the hotel and the attached restaurants. The buffet breakfast was nice with loads of hot/cold options at a cost of $30 per adult, although reception were apparently meant to give us a two for one voucher. Like other reviewers have said, Mantra...
