Spacious, clean rooms with stocked mini fridge of complimentary food and drinks. Hosts were extremely kind, placing fresh roses from their garden on dining table and brought us breakfast from the town bakery in the morning. Overall, highly recommended.

We had two rooms and stayed for three nights. The room I had had a large double bed. table and separate shower /toilet. A veranda which looked out over an impressive landscape with kangaroos at dusk. A large, comfortable lounge downstairs with a large screen television with movies available from the office. A dining room and kitchen also down stairs...

Lovely home in very quiet area of Kangaroo Valley. Charming hosts who supplied wonderful snacks to enjoy on arrival sitting on the balcony enjoying the views and wildlife. Light breakfast also supplied including fresh pastries and newspaper delivered to your door. Only down side was staying on one of the hottest days of the year that the ceiling fan just...

The property itself has so much potential, large rooms, well designed and lovely property but there were a couple of disappointments. The house itself is a little dated in the decor but the big disappointment was that it seemed to need a good overall clean. There was dust under the furniture, cobwebs in our ensuite, the verandahs and fly screens...

Such a wonderfully quiet and comfortable spot! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a verandah to view the gardens and visiting wildlife - kangaroos and a giant wombat. The owners provide wonderful provisions for before dinner and breakfast. We had the whole place to ourselves on a Friday night and sat downstairs in the 'parlour' watching the large screen...

This is a beautiful building and location but our room was very tired. Lounge chairs lacked padding in the seats, TV was very small. Views are good, location is quiet and reasonably easy to find. Continental breakfast ( as advertised) is included with fresh bakery items and fresh fruit but we chose to give it a miss ( our choice...

Stephen, I'm sorry you were not entirely satisfied. It seems you did not make use of the downstairs guest area with several comfy lounges and the big TV, (There are only dining chairs and small TVs in the rooms). The driveway was a bit rough due to the torrential downpour the night before, but has now been attended to.

Really beautiful house in a stunning, peaceful setting. The house itself has a large well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room which were for all to use. The room itself was huge, the bed very comfy and we had our own private outside space on the veranda which was lovely to sit and watch the kangaroos in the morning/evening. We...

If you are looking for a old fashioned style guest house with modern conveniences with old style hospitality this is the place. Located outside of the town of Kangaroo Valley, Wombatalla offers unique comfortable guest room with a deck to view the kangaroos that visit daily. Be aware that this facility does not have wifi but the cellular service was...

Spent the weekend here and loved it. Never been a fan of b&bs and forced socialisation but that's so not an issue here. The owners have catered to your everything we were so impressed by the house and gardens ands the breakfast basket was a gorgeous touch that.
