Don't expect too much wheb you visit this motel. It was betond basic. I had to ask for a change of rooms because the beds were so bad when I first arrived. The second room was ok though and it was clean

Outside looks rather nice and "colonial". Bit of a shame we ventured further. Not a lot of work done to this place in recent history. Dirty floors and walls, beds extremely uncomfortable and little sleep thanks to guests around us. Served a purpose on a long journey driving Brisbane to Melbourne but should have kept on driving!

Very pleasant welcome and helpful advice about restaurants in the area. A very spacious room that was well presented and had all the necessary items to make you feel welcome, towels, soaps, coffee tea etc..

There is nothing good about this place. It has all been stated in previous comments re the bathroom, room state, sheets, smell, clientele etc. don't waste your money - GO ELSEWHERE We spoke to the manager in the morning - he tried to tell us he was upgrading, and would discount future bookings, but I would never go back, and...

Tired 1970's run down complex. Clean and spacious. Air conditioner/ heater VERY noisy. Could hear others near by all night. We turned ours off! Lamp cable beside bed mended with masking tape. Fire detector covered up with plastic bag and masking tape. No globe in main lamp. Cracked and mouldy tiles in bathroom. Bed line has a faint pattern left...

Find the positives in everything if you can. Yes I did drive 9 hours to find a saggy portable bed to sleep in but the hotel was fully booked and couldn't move me. Yes the pillows are thin but I brought my own just in case. Yes the bathroom is lacking in exhaust fan and hairdryer but the showers were...

Passing through stopped for night. First impression. Rang bell 3 times over small period. No one Ce so started to leave. Manager lady was just checking a room. Caught us just about to leave. We were tired so stayed. Room was clean and comfortable, manager lady was friendly and helpful. Was handy to town and to get back on highway.

A ground floor double was what we were after and the gentleman at reception was able to oblige. To our surprise the unit was extremely large and comfortable, if only sparsely furnished. It had everything that was needed, even if it needed a bit of refurbishment. A good place to stay if you're after a night on the road. Not...

We checked in to the first room where I pulled back the covers to find yellow stains and black hair and the room smelling like stale cigarette smoke. I spoke to the person on the front desk who informed me that the sheets weren't dirty just stained!! After he inspected the dirty sheets he kept muttering stupid girls stupid girls...
