This place is fantastic. The only thing that lets it down is the very inadequate internet (it's very very bad internet). The apartments are individually owned so they are all slightly different. The one we were in was lovely. It had everything we need. It was cool, spacious and p

This resort is lovely and our family of three felt very comfortable staying here. The building itself is older but the room we stayed in was nicely remodelled and very spacious. The grounds are nice with a decent pool and tennis courts. Beach is nearby but this was not a big deal

Hi gypsey604 and thank you for taking the time to review Oasis. Glad to hear that the break in Byron Bay worked for you and the family. As you say, the advantages of being not in the centre of town is the space, the peace and the quiet. Uber is now in Byron and along with an excellent taxi company, getting in and out is usually pretty easy. And of course there is always biking which is on a flat dediicated cycle path and takes about 8 to 10 minutes. On the upside, having a car also means you're able to explore the whole of the Bay including Lennox Head, Brunswick Heads, Broken Head and Bangalow plus The Farm which is a must do when you're in Byron. We hope you and the family have the opportunity to stay with us again next time you escape to Byron! Best wishes Eloise & Damian Managers

We stayed four nights in one of the three-bedroom Vue townhouses. Our bed was super comfortable and it was great to have a huge space to ourselves downstairs (away from rowdy youngsters), with large en-suite and walk-in robe. It has a view of the ocean and the beach is just an ei

Hi rosei753 and thank you for your lovely review! We're very happy to hear you all enjoyed your stay and that Oasis Vue worked so well for you and the family. It's very special having that strip of national park between us and Tallow Beach. The walk is good (not too long/not too short!) and there's the lovely wildlife particualry the birds which are all that you usually hear every morning. Very best wishes for your continuing holidays away and we sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Byron soon Eloise & Damian Managers

My mother, daughter and myself visited Byron and stayed at the Oasis for 4 days in October. The venue was nice - clean and spacious. The pool was lovely and we had the perfect weather. The staff weren't overly friendly (struggled to get sugar one day), but they were helpful in

We recently returned from a holiday at the Oasis resort where we stayed in the Treetop house named ‘Kingfisher.’ From the outset we embarked on our much needed getaway with great anticipation and excitement after looking at the pictures on the web page. We were more than a little

Hi Annemaree330 We are genuinely sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations - we have passed your comments on. Because the wood and glass treehouses are located in bushland but also elevated amongst and above the trees, they are exposed fully to the elements plus marine conditions, thus impacted more than most. While our cleaners work hard, dust from the bush will blow in while the occassional insect will sneak through too, hence the cobwebs. (Pest control is undertaken every 6 months) The outdoor setting was purchased in 2016 - the replacement 6 seater table is on order but delivery is 3 to 4 weeks so the decision was to leave the table in place while waiting on delivery. Our properties are competitively priced for Byron, and the school holiday rates applied for the period of your stay. We hope you will revisit us again - if you do, please just contact us directly and we will ensure you have the best possible rate for your stay. Kind regards Eloise & Damian Managers

Hi we are travelling with our 36 year old son who suffers from Muscular dystrophy- he can walk but cannot do steps would your accommodation be suitable?
Hi MartynEva. Thank you for thinking of us for your trip to Byron. Our apartments are all up two flights of 8 stairs - carpeted and with hand rails. (The treehouses are also accessed by stairs and are also built over three levels so they wouldn't be suitable either I imagine.). I hope the above information helps. Do call us if you would like to know more. Best wishes Eloise

Hi there... We are looking at coming to stay in early September but are just wanting too i.e. Some more information. We have a 1.5 year old son who will be coming with us. How child friendly are the facilities. Are highchair, cots etc avaliable? Is there a supermarket close by to get supplies? Any other information would also be appreciated. Thankyou
Hi The Oasis is a great spot for families with our games room including a play area for the under 3's. There is a wading pool for littlies where the parents can watch them as they paddle, set in a green lawn area. (Of course, all children need to be diligently watched when at the heated swimming pool) The apartments are on the first and second floors of the building, with the car bays underneath. Highchairs and portable cots are available for your stay. We have the Green Garage, an independent local supermarket with specialises in regional produce nearby plus Woolworths, Aldi's, some excellent butchers and probably the best seafood supplier ever - Bay Seafood - also in Byron. On Thursday mornings, the fresh farmers market is on from 7am until 10:30am with amazing and super fresh food plus local coffee carts, food stalls and musicians. If you miss those, they are then on again on Friday at Mullumbimby Showgrounds, and Saturday's at Bangalow - all an easy drive from here. Best wishes Eloise Oasis

Hi Leanne and/or other past guest Given the individual nature of the apartments, which ones would be a better choice to stay in from the point of view of updated appearance, better amenity, proximity to facilities and quietness? We are a family of 5 (2 kids, 1baby) and are looking for a reliable place to stay. thanks
Is the resort near the beach? Room to park a car? I require a one bedroom apt. is that available. Walking distance to the centre of Byron? How far is the Byron bay Golf club from the resort. Thank you
5 mins walk to beach. Under your apartment parking. No we don't have 1 bedroom apartments sorry but we may cut you a deal depending on dates. 20 mins walk to centre. Golf club 3 mins drive 10 mins on our hire bikes. Cheers
