My husband and I spent 2 nights in the Dragonfly Rest room. It was a lovely little oasis close to the centre of Byron. The outdoor shower, pond and day bed were great. I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing morning coffee on the day bed in the company of water dragons, brush turkeys and honey eaters listening to the low beat...

The room and garden is magical and I lived the wildlife that turned up on our doorstep. Definitely would come again however, the sink outside is not big enough to wash up in and there was no plug. It was a lovely end to our holiday.

Hidden in the back streets of Byron Bay is this little gem, set beside the brewery. Staying in one of the loft burees with huge double bath and outdoor courtyard/shower. Each morning you wake surrounded by the natural wonders of the local area and the cheeky little water dragons that ensures you know that the rainforests of the hinterland aren't...

We absolutely loved our accommodation here which provides a lovely laid back Balinese style within easy walking distance of the Byron Bay vibe (we are in our early 60's so we were more...

We stayed at garden burees in early November for 2 nights. The room was clean and well appointed. However, the peace and tranquility we were hoping for was crushed by the noise from the backpacker campground next door (see pictures attached). These photos were taken from our room and courtyard. The campground was very noisy - playing drums and singing...

We spent 4 nights at the Garden Burees in mid-October. It's faux Balinese décor is cute but is also an way to get around providing some basic amenities. An outside shower and toilet might be great in Bali or possibly summer in Oz but we were amazed that there wasn't an indoor alternative. It was cold and raining...at the price...

Hi we stayed here a couple of years back - Cringe sorry! Perfect for a romantic weekend away. Lovely relaxed tropical resort feel (winding pathways, lush tropical plantings, balinese style decor, lots of big lizards - (don't be one of the females to miss out on this experience because of the lizards ladies - they're pretty cool and nothing to...
