Down stairs room at the back where i stayed was DIRTY, dont think they ever swept the floors nor washed the floors, back yard had old ovens, cook tops, rusty old bike ,broken windows. the undercover BBQ area was full of junk and old furniture which you wouldn't sit on for the cost of what we paid for was well over...

With their president waving the club flag, these Coffs Harbour, Rugby League bikie thugs and hooligans continue to drag the name of their sport club and town into the mud. Our elderly neighbor is still being consoled after being kept awake all weekend by their drunken antics. We wont stand down to thugs

Sadly another Rugby League and Coffs harbour hooligan who damaged our property. Rugby League really has a culture problem. We will not back down to their hooligan ism and subsequent threats

The pictures are extremely misleading. The place is nothing like the descriptions or pictures. I am still covered in sandfly bites. The barbq area is choc a bloc full of crap. It is window frames, cupboards, chairs. Looks like someone likes hoarding from garage sales. Tradesmen were walking around the site on the monday morning at 8.30am which I didnt...

Something about Coffs Harbor and Rugby League go hand in hand. The name of the sport has been lowered yet again by this crowd of 14 men who claimed they were a business group before arriving for an end of year footy trip. Half arrived on Harley style motor bikes. After raising the bond in order for them to stay,...

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean- not a good start. There are issues with plumbing, electrics and the floor. It has potential - the location is good but I wouldn't want to stay again... Can forgive a tired apartment not a dirty one...

Ok 12 women want to book. They are advised to book the whole place with such a number . But in order to save money they falsify their numbers, re apply and pack into 2 units. A clear breach of terms and conditions which they are advised of. An emergency plumber has to be called on a Saturday night as they...

The person in question made this review thinking she had anonymity. She in fact did not stay with us on this occasion. In the unfortunate position of a double booking we re housed her around the corner. She then made demands against us threatening to smear us on the internet. We are left no choice but to act under Australian...

Breakers is perfect for a family holiday in lovely Brunseick Heads - the kind where sand is between your toes and the days seem like endless routines of early swims, coffees, reading, late swims and cool breezes. The flats are equipped with the basics (and there is a great bric a brac shop across the road if you need an...

I want a bench like the kitchen benches at Breakers. There is a funky mix of decor in the four apartment and the best quality bed linen of any holiday rental I have ever stayed at. The location is great. Close to everything. We have used Breakers a number of times and will continue to do so.

Unlike the other reviewer we did stay here in summer. The accommodation is well located and about what you could expect for the price. It has a bit of a shabby chic appeal. But, there was a smell of mold when we arrived which only got stronger and stronger as we stayed and used the bathroom. It was strong enough...

This flat would be much better in summer. We found it to be mouldy smelling, peeling cement paint floors, old aluminium cookware, rickety old bed (which we were accused of breaking). The grounds are lovely and would suit families with young kids but I'd search around before choosing this one
