Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Beautiful old place with a load of potential. We drove down there today from Sydney.. Now we are back home in Sydney. The manager was rude, the place was mouldy, no fires in the fireplace, the dining room stunk. Overall a cruddy experience. I'd read previous reviews & thought it might be...

An older style property, about 10 minutes easy walk from town, set in pleasant gardens across the road from the Bowral Golf Club. Rooms are comfortable, a bit dated but nice and quiet. Facilities include fire-warmed lounge rooms, billiard room, swimming pool, and a pleasant dining room. Managers were very attentive to our requirements. All in all, a good experience.

Arrived on Friday night for a weekend stay to get away from Sydney, family hassles and just have a relaxing time. Well it was certainly that and the ambience of Berida Manor and the staff helped a lot in making our time there a good one. The Manor is conveniently located, close to the Bowral shops, cafes, and other local...

Last night our family enjoyed Christmas in July at Berida Manor. It was a reunion of sorts with family travelling from Sydney, Canberra and Goulburn. We were looking for an experience that was a little out of the ordinary with good food and some local wine. We were not disappointed. The manor is authentically charming, yet comfortable. We particularly enjoyed...

Stayed 4 nights and found it very comfortable, warm, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and provided a good choice. Old style hotel with lots of wallpaper and wood panelling. Now implementing a computerised billing system.

stayed there last night, the original booking was $219, however, on departure I was asked if we had breakfast which I was never informed about therefore we missed out, also was charged extra for 2 kids which the room had an extra bed so maybe charge for 1 child not 2, and if we didn't eat why charge extra, the...

Before the internet, before TV there was Berida Manor. Not much has changed but no need. It is an old style guest house, lots of nooks and crannies, lounge chairs placed in the corners and a large guest lounge with a fire. My room small but had everything you need. Nothing flash. Heaters everywhere. Sure it does not scrub up...

Stayed for one night last week. We have stayed here a couple of times before. We love the old world feel of this historic building. Our room was a standard room on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb with luggage. The bathroom looked to have been renovated since our last stay and was nicely done. Our only negative...

I regret that this guesthouse is living on its name from by gone days. Whilst comfortable it is really becoming run down and money needs to be spent on this property. Carpets worn, paint peeling, tennis courts badly affected, gardens need attention, bathrooms need updating and sundry repairs required around the interior and exterior.

Friendly hosts and an amazing old building. it felt like we were the only ones there. Had the run of the pool, billiard room and huge lounge area. The breakfast was mostly good, not perfect, but a good selection on the menu, and a lovely old room to eat it in. it was only then that we realized there were...
