My husband and I recently stayed at Mt Hay for our “honeymoon at home”. I can’t thank Anthony & Louise enough for such a beautiful stay. We stayed in The Big Blue room. The bathtub on the balcony was divine, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the walk in rain shower was awesome. We loved exploring the grounds as well, feeding the Koi pond and having a good on the big swing, so beautiful. The best part was just relaxing and taking in the views over berry and out to the coast. The sunrise in the morning was absolutely stunning. A very quick drive into Berry for anything you need. Some great local cafes and dinner spots. What an amazing stay and a great way to end our honeymoon tour of the south coast. 😍

Anthony and Louise (as well as their two dogs!) were very welcoming and lovely hosts. The accommodation was modern and clean with amazing views of the rolling hills, which you can savor in an outdoor bathtub on your very own private verandah. Berry shops were only 10 minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting great escape :)

We recently spent a few days at Mt Hay Retreat. What a treat! Everything was just wonderful. The retreat is set amongst the most beautiful and tranquil landscape and it’s made to feel like you’re the only ones there. Our accommodation was fantastic, very private and quiet and the views were simply breathtaking. The pool was just glorious and we had it completely to ourselves. Anthony & Louise were extremely gracious hosts and made you feel ‘Berry’ welcome. I highly recommend Mt Hay Retreat for a quiet and romantic getaway. We’ll be back!

My husband and I enjoyed two wonderful days at Mt Hay over new year. The facilities are outstanding; the hosts were obliging and very welcoming. The retreat is centrally located to so many other amenities in and around the Berry/Gerringong region. BUT you don't necessarily want to leave this place - the views are amazing. I highly recommend this place to any potential visitors.

Very spacious bedroom, bathroom and living room with beatiful views over Berry and all the way to the ocean. Architectural design, beautifully landscaping, lovely atmosphere. 10 minutes drive to Berry. Quite a few potholes in the Mt Hay Rd is the only negative.
