This a very. beautiful hotel in a stunning setting. The staff were very polite and in the main, very helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The attention to detail is impressive. Sadly, some of the points, that I felt were too important not to discreetly raise, were not, in my opinion, satisfactorily addressed, but more importantly, were not satisfactorily resolved....

Due to a few less than complimentary reviews on Trip Advisor I had reservations about spending five days at the Nare. Wow was I wrong! We booked more than a year in advance and were able to snare the Garden Suite; well worth all the effort and the dollars. Can't recommend it more highly, large with a terrace and a...

This real hideaway offers everything you can wish for on a perfect Cornish beach holiday. From the silver spoons to the linen sheets to the grilled fish and the desert trolly every detail was of high quality and class. Astonishing that with the highest standard all around the atmosphere was still not stiff. The staff are not only perfectionist but...

This is a gem of a hotel, perched on top of a hill, less than a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. It is classic English charm, with everyone in the hotel warm and welcoming and providing an exceptional service. The rooms are elegantly done with a lot of thought given to creating the right summer ambience. 2...

Driving down to the hotel already gives you the feel of the beauty of this magnificent hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room(22) was luxurious with breathtaking views of the sea. When booking you MUST take a sea view room. I have had my eye staying in this hotel since 2011 when I read a review in...

Try to come here as much as possible as the views here are breathtaking! Additionally the quality of food is great and the staff are lovely (especially Pierre he's our favourite and always works his hardest to accommodate us! - even brings Poppy (the dog) a water bowel) Facilities are always clean and tidy.

The Nare is located on one of the prettiest beach coves in Cornwall. In fact, it is drop dead gorgeous. My partner and I stopped at the Nare for lunch and sat outside on the terrace overlooking an azure blue sea....our waiter was very attentive and the lunch, while served in top speed, was not as good as some food...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I broke my leg 5 months ago so wanted somewhere to sit basically and relax. We stayed in Room 4 which was heaven, an amazing view of Carne bay, it was so peaceful just to lie in bed and listen to the sea. We had a...

The Nare hotel has always been on my wish list but it is expensive and this had previously put us off. However this year we both had special birthdays so we decided to treat ourselves to a one week stay. We were delighted with our choice of room; a ground floor Best Sea View. It was spacious and comfortable with...

Well furnished quiet hotel with front rooms giving fine sea views over well-kept gardens. Good restaurant service; food generally good especially some meat dishes. Due to cliff erosion beach access only via road, some 100 metres. Two pools each deep in parts.
