We found this place after a recommendation, having not much holiday budget this year and wanting a few nights stay in beautiful Cornwall. Chris and Sue were great hosts and have a lovely B&B that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. We were very comfortable as a family of four and had a great base to explore the...

I have been to quite a few B and B's and this for being the most friendly and welcoming has to be the best. I have never been welcomed and felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend not just to land lady and landlord. We changed our arrangments last minute and they could have charged for the inconvenience,...

After driving 6 miles to Cornwall it was nice to meet our diving buddies all staying in the same place. Sue was kind enough to tumble dry my undersuit and other wet clothes after my diving dry suit leaked. She was also very helpful when I lost my car keys and was trying to sort the problem out all morning....

Just returned from our third visit to Chris and Sue's at Parc An Grouse. It is as comfortable as ever. Chris's breakfasts are legendary and they are both so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go back again. There is so much to see and do in the area that we wish could spend a month there.

We stayed for a week in June this year, for our 3rd visit to Cornwall and to Parc-An-Grouse. The self-catering barn is really convenient, spotlessly clean and with plenty of space for relaxation, both inside and on the patio, with the sea view; so much so that we've decided to come for 2 weeks next year. The whole atmosphere is...

Chris and Sue were the perfect hosts. The rooms were clean, comfortable with en-suite wet room and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent and served in the conservatory which was lovely with beautiful views. Nothing was too much trouble and they even tumble dried our under suits for us. We have been staying with Sue & Chris for the last 8 years whilst diving with Porthkerris and have always found the accomodation to be perfectly suited to our group. Comfortable rooms with en-suite wetrooms, wifi in the house to make up for the non-existent phone signal in the area, an easy walk to two pubs in the village (and...
