Stayed in a family room; one of the trundle beds was a bit lumpy and it was pretty much 4 beds next to each other, but it is a perfect position for EDEN PROJECT, the hotel could not be any closer. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Visited Charlestown, very charming little town. Different supermarkets are close. The breakfast...

Stayed 3 days and chose St Austell because it's the closest tonthe Eden Project. A little fiddly to find but when we got there reception staff were polite and friendly (even though I was ratty after getting spectacularly lost!) Same standard of room I've come to expect from a Premier inn, clean, very comfortable and freshened up every day. Cleaners...

Really well positioned to visit Cornwall and far enough out if St Austell which isn't a very nice town. Friendly staff, comfortable room and quiet. The restaurant Carclaze alongside is reasonably priced with a good menu. We had a pleasant five nights stay all with free parking which is always a bonus. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

A well positioned site comfortably far enough from St Austell and good to go visiting Cornwall. Every night we had a good night sleep. There was no noise from any other visitors. Free parking which is always a bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A very nice restaurant and bar. All in all a lovely five nights.

Everything about this premier inn was good especially the staff. If I had anything to complain about it was our room for disabled people because It was not really for anyone suffering from arthritis but I was told they are now rectifying the problems I had and are now putting in walk in showers and night lights etc. As regards...

just spent a couple of days here. The staff room and food were excellent. First time we have stayed at a premier inn, don't think it will be our last, we stayed in room 137 beautifully clean and very modern. Would highly recommend staying here.

A few minutes drive from the Eden Project is this gem, we checked in smoothly and the staff could not be more helpful if they tried. Staying here for three nights and made me realise how fab Cornwall is and inspired me to ensure that I return as soon as I can.

The room was good, the usual Premier Inn-style (maybe a little bit small for a family room). The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean (but quite stinky). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed here whilst in the area on business. Travelling around so had quite large suitcases. Be warned - there is no lift. We were given the room furthest away from reception - on the 2nd floor - with numerous flights of stairs and corridors. On requesting - very politely if we could have a ground floor room were informed that...
