Very good value family ensuite room perfectly situated for visiting the Eden project. We paid for the premier inn all you can eat breakfast as kids eat free with paying adult. The room was clean and comfortable.

We wanted somewhere comfortable, clean and good value to stay for one night - Premier Inn St Austell delivered on all accounts. We had read one comment saying that because it was near a main road you could hear the traffic but this was not the case at all. The room was quiet and had great views overlooking the town...

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed within it! We used up our tea and coffee during the day but reception we're happy to give us plenty more tea bags and milk for the evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend:)

We stayed for 2 nights in room 107 which we now know to be above the automatic door opening system. This meant that everytime someone came in and out of the main doors you could hear the whirring of the opening and closing of the automatic doors which you could hear all through the night. We had a very busy...

Myself and my partner stayed here for a weekend away to go to the Eden Project. The staff at this venue were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean. This is a lovely clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful team. We stayed in the new extension so had 'new everything' which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for access to pretty much anywhere in Cornwall but especially The Eden Project with is less than 10 minutes away. Situated next door to the Premiere...

Weather was inhospitable but the welcome was superb. Our room was ready and easily accessible. This Inn and the next door pub gave excellent service. Breakfast was outstanding and the coooked meal was served very quickly. We ate two evenings during the four days of the visit ,good choice of meals. Only negative was that my "mushy peas" where inedible...

No mugs in room for coffee, easily rectified with a 500 mile walk to reception and back! . . Pub closed at 22:00 Sunday, so couldn't have anymore drinks - no other pubs near so early night it is! Breakfast Monday, no hot buffet so no all you can eat just pre cooked to order - again disappointing. No sports...

Location perfect for Eden project, st Austell and surrounding towns. Great food and drink steps away from the hotel at the Carclaze and again lovely staff. Made us all feel welcome including our 2 yr old daughter, also lush breakkie! Room was good and bed comfy, Only thing we were on ground floor room 9 and very noisy guests upstairs...

This is a recently extended Premier Inn on the outskirts of the town. It met all of our expectations and our room was one of the new ones. The downside of this however was that it was a significant walk to get there with multiple staircases and no lift. We were warned about this beforehand. The meal deal at the...
