Room was well equipped with everything to make the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent more than enough to see us through till late lunch. The bed was extremely comfortable and a selection of pillows was a great idea. Recommend to all

An absolutely gorgeous B & B 😍 The room was perfect, loved the coffee machine & roll top bath, which was hugely appreciated after running the Eden project marathon. Breakfast was also fab - great veggie option for my boyfriend and I loved the salmon. Location was also great- taxi down to Charlestown for food was really easy and close...

Very nice up market B&B, friendly host, everything you could ask for. Comfy bed, nice shower, dressing gowns etc The breakfast was very tasty too. Only thing missing was a bath tub. I would highly recommend this place.

This B&B was comfortable and well located for sights in the area. We visited The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project which were both convenient distances. The room was clean and comfortable and the owners very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The downside was that the B&B was located on a busy road and...

This is a beautifully presented B&B. We stayed in the attic suite which was very comfortable with plenty of space. I knew there was no standing shower when I booked, which is the only thing I would have prefered. The breakfast was really lovely, I highly recommend the fish choices! Not in a pretty location, but perfect for the Lost...

We stayed 29th Aug to 2nd Sept. We had the best ever stay. James & Sally we great hosts. We arrived early on the Monday & knew the room wouldn't be ready, so Sally said park on the drive & sent us in the right direction to the harbour to get late lunch & chill out which was much needed....

Super friendly and helpful giving us ideas for days out and places to eat. We stayed in the suite with the four poster bed which was a gorgeous room. Roll top bath was fab but my husband did struggle due to his height. Very clean and the breakfast was anazing! Have to drive most places but central for Hidden Gardens...

We stayed at the Grange for 4 days as it is a great base to explore Cornwall. We had The Boot Room which was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Lovely bathroom and everything is spotless. The breakfast was fantastic and again, the dining room is lovely with a lot of attention to detail. Don't be put off by the busy...

Good breakfast, comfy bed and good shower. All very stylish but..... Bedroom was cramped with insufficient space for clothes which meant we had to live out of suitcases. The shower was over a roll top bath which was difficult to climb in and out of. The stairs to the first floor were very steep. Did expect more for the price.

Too much of a private home. For the price paid there should have been more of a feeling of visitors being there by right rather than as favoured guests. For example, the guest rooms, which had been given names, should have had the names shown on the doors and clearly distinguished from those reserved to the owners. Very good breakfast.

With reference to this review we are a little perplex in its contents only being a three bedroom bed and breakfast establishment the need of names on the rooms is not really required for this size we are we don't think any of our guests would get lost. However all our rooms have their names on the key rings so...
