We spent Easter weekend in this lovely B&B, we found our whole stay was completely faultless! We stayed in the Rose Room which was immaculate (as was the rest of the property) the room is very quaint and has beautiful exposed beams which really add to the farm house feel. The property as a whole is simply beautiful with added...

This was a lovely place to stay. Lorraine and Patrick and of the course the lovely dogs, made us very welcome. Our room was cozy and we had lovely breakfasts. Suggestions were made where to visit etc. Our hosts were very friendly and we were well looked after.

The Breakfast each morning was very substantial. We had fresh fruit salad and/or yogurt, and a full English breakfast, which was very tasty. The only downside was our bedroom which had a low ceiling. I am only 5ft 1and a half inches and I banged my head on the beams. The room was small and we could only stand upright...

My room was compact but pleasantly furnished with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It included tea and coffee making equipment, hairdryer, TV and plenty of storage room. It felt very cosy and welcoming. Breakfast was well cooked with plenty to choose from. The road alongside is narrow and very busy but did not keep me awake at night. I enjoyed...

We stayed in the Annex due to a double booking and because of the mix-up we were provided with food for the next three days breakfast though we had to cook it for our-self which was no real problem and we could have it at our convenience. The Annex was clean tidy and well turned out, the only fault we...

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend away celebrating our wedding anniversary and we stayed at the Providence Farm in Carthew, St Austell. We were certainly not disappointed with the lovely comfortable stay, with all the usual facilities and a well provided hearty breakfast, ranging from fruit juice, various cereals to a great full cook English breakfast that will...

We choose this not knowing the area and with the power of hindsight probably wouldn't have chosen to stay here; it's not in a great location to be honest. Our room was fine, the bed wasn't that great (in comparison to other places we've been to), the bathroom had carpet which is a big NO and a strange grey soil...

This a well kept B&B in a nice setting. The rooms do have slanted ceilings as they are in the loft but are comfortable with windows that keep out the sound of the road outside. Breakfast is good with fresh produce but is very minimal and it does not come with baked beans!!! The owner is very pleasant and keeps...

The B&B is run by a friendly couple. The room we stayed in faced the front of the house overlooking wildlife and a beautiful hilly landscape. The breakfast offers a good selection of cereal, yoghurt, toast and fruit as well as a fry up. Very clean and tidy. Only few miles from some of the most scenic villages we've ever...

Very welcoming, comfortable accommodation for a two night stay in order to visit the Eden Project. We would have gladly stayed longer if we hadn't needed to return to vote in the General Election! Easy to locate and a very enjoyable pot of tea with homemade cake on arrival. Super breakfast with great choice and good recommendations for nearby restaurants...
