Once through the door the bathroom is to the right and the bedroom is to the left. The room was large and clean and very comfortable with a king size bed. The bathroom had a...

We had a lovely welcome, with tea and cake, then great spa treatments and superb food both at dinner and breakfast. Great ambiance, a hidden gem, and so great for an instant reboot. Really helpful friendly staff and great public rooms too. We'll look forward to returning.

I stayed at boscundle end of October for one night. I arrived around 9.30pm due to travelling from London. The reception was unmanned but the owner came to greet me after a call using the phone on the reception desk. The owner was very nice and showed me around the premises. I was given a complimentary upgrade. The room was...

So reliable, welcoming, indulgent, classy and comfortable. Super warm pool and hot tub(actually had company in it this time), tasty breakfasts and beautiful food in the restaurant. It's our No1 escape .

Had a lovely time at this hotel Staff very welcoming and friendly. Love the quirky layout. The pool and hot tub were good. Had an evening meal here which was lovely but we felt a bit expensive. Wine list dear too. Cheapest bottle I think was £21. Only other negative water in our bathroom was not hot at all. Had...

Solid and welcoming appearance. Evident attention to the general presentation. Room well appointed, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with an excellent home made muesli and nice a range of cooked options. Staff were helpful. BUT Low season visit on a cold day and night. Sitting room log fire had a minimum of wood, so not very cosy. Dining room (we...
