I booked this hotel a few months ago for our wedding anniversary. I booked the celebratory package which included a suite, 3 course dinner, breakfast, champagne & chocolates on arrival and full use if all the leisure facilities. On arrival our room was ready around an hour early and we were given the Clementina suite. On opening the door it...

Beautiful, very clean hotel with big rooms and comfortable huge beds. Every room has a big private balcony with comfy rattan deck chairs for sunbathing. Complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and selection of coffee and tea on the room was a nice gesture. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice from the buffet and from the additional...

We booked this package as we need to get away for night and have quality 'us' time. Staff were great and very attentive in the bar and restaurant. Romantic candelit dinner in the Arboretum is a must - stunning food and amazing service!! Was a little disappointed with the spa staff as they didn't seem interested in helping any guests....

Me and my partner stayed here at the beginning of October, for 2 nights, we booked via secret escapes on a dinner bed and breakfast package. Everything about the hotel was lovely, and just what we needed for a relaxing break. Found the hotel very easy to find, however I found the parking was limited, luckily when we arrived there...

The Cornwall hotel and spa was very nice and very conviently located to visit all of Cornwall England. The staff was very helpful. The coast line is beautiful While not the easiest place to reach it is worth visiting.

The staff make this hotel, all are very helpful. The restaurant is very good for a quiet romantic dinner, breakfast could maybe do with a little work but ok. Spa well worth a visit with a pleasant pool and well worth booking in for a massage after a days site seeing.

A wonderfully welcome to the fabulous hotel from Fiona on reception. Delicious fish and chips for dinner with a good Merlot to quench the thirst!! Room with a balcony and amazing view - can't wait to try the spa tomorrow evening!

We stayed for 2 nights during October in a superior woodland room. The hotel didn't quite live up to expectations. On the positive side, the staff are an asset to the hotel, young, energetic and friendly. Dinner in the Acorn Brasserie was excellent. There's an interesting wine list. The grounds to the hotel are extensive and well kept. We didn't...
