An amazing location overlooking the harbour. Lovely clean facilities, and a truly unspoilt camp site. Debs is a wonderful host with lots of info and advice. With great communication prior to the stay. There is nothing to fault and the 3 of us have had a brilliant stay. Our 6 year old daughter cannot stop talking about it. Thanks to...

As others have said - you cannot fault Broad Meadow. Debs is a happy, helpful host and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast baskets are an excellent way to start your day - really high quality and beautifully presented. View from our pitch was fabulous and really tempted us to walk the short stroll into Charlestown and onto the...

Stayed here in our tent for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! Debs was very welcoming and I was pleased with the booking process. We got a complimentary cup of tea and biscuits when we arrived and our pitch was beautiful - fantastic views over the sea. We spent a lot of time watching gannets diving from our tent, as...

We had a brilliant weekend staying at Broad Meadow House. The view was spectacular and Debs was a lovely and welcoming host. She made us delicious breakfasts each morning and had excellent knowledge of the area. Our trip would not have been as good without her! Definitely recommend both Charlestown as a lovely coastal village to visit in Cornwall and...

Having been to many campsites in the last 3 years I have to say that this is definitely one of the best. If you want peace and quiet and great hospitality then you have to stay here! The site itself has only 5 pitches, each spaced well apart, and cars are only allowed on the field to setup and take...

Broad Meadow really lives up to its excellent reviews, I cannot stress enough how lovely it is! We had three nights in the posh tent, which was perfectly appointed, quirky, cool and clean. Debs and Neil were such perfect hosts and we felt well looked after. Breakfast in the tent was hot, tasty and a good range of options. Go...

My Wife and I stayed here for 1 week at the beginning of July 2014. I originally found information on the site in the Guardian top 10 UK campsites. As soon as you arrive here you will see what sets it apart.. Everything... The fantastic views of the Bay, the lovely warm welcome from Debs & Neil and the little...

We were on a cycle tour of Devon and Cornwall. We were staying in a mix of B&B's and campsites and found Broad Meadows through the Cool Camping Tiny Campsites book. I can concur will all the other positive comments here. It is rare to find such a campsite that offers space, tranquility as well as lovely home touches. Neil...

After researching camp site on the cool camping website, we came across Broad Meadow. We instantly had a really good feeling about it so decided to book. Upon arrival on a Sunny Thursday evening, we 'checked in'. Our pitch overlooked the most stunning views of the Cornish coast. Camping is limited to 5 pitches (6 with the permanent tent), which...
