Certificate of Excellence
A classic seaside hotel re-invented. That's the ethos behind St. Enodoc Hotel in Rock with its emphasis on comfort, design and great food. Positioned above the Camel estuary with sweeping views across the water, it is the perfect place to relax by the sea. Leave the car and walk the few minutes to surrounding sandy beaches and the foot-ferry to Padstow. With an endless supply of quality produce in the local area, Head Chef Felix Craft and his team will be focusing on fresh, healthy, modern European recipes.

This is a lovely, small hotel with attentive, helpful staff we arrived to a warm and friendly welcome from the reception team. We were shown to a tranquil room with a super kingsize bed really comfy. There is a lot of attention to small details that really make your stay: bottle

Lovely location looking over the estuary. A warm welcome and all staff friendly. Our room was very pleasant, comfortable, light and airy. Tastefully decorated for Christmas, a logfire burning in the lounge. The exceptional thing was the food. The chef Felix is extremely talented b

I’ve been staying at the St Enodoc, in all its guises, for over 40 years. This stay was disappointing. We stayed 3 nights - the dinner menu was ok the first night but then didn’t change (with perhaps one different starter). The food was ok but overpriced and we had a “deal” of d

We had a nice stay at the hotel for two nights but it does lack atmosphere and there's nothing particularly exciting about it, if I'm honest. You cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms and they are well appointed and decorated. The view from the restaurant is lovely across t

The restaurant doesn’t permit children under 10 in the evening which I completely understand. Do you know if there is a bar area we can eat in?
Yes, there’s a comfortable loung where snack meals can be served. The staff are always helpful and accommodating.

Is there printing facilities at the hotel
Hi, I’m not sure as I didn’t need this service. (However, it does have a business centre and caters for business meetings so I would expect printing facilities.) Best to check directly with the hotel.

do you take dogs?
When we stayed there they did not allow dogs so some people were sleeping their dogs in their cars. I think it is very short sighted of the hotel not to allow dogs as it is such an amazing place to walk it is bound to attract dog owners.
