Having stayed at many hotels in Cornwall , this has to be one of the best. The hotel is perfectly situated for walks on the coast path, you can exit the hotel to the left and you have beautiful scenery, exit to the right and stroll down onto the beautiful beach and along the dramatic coast path, the choice is...

The location of the hotel is stunning and the staff were friendly and very accommodating (especially Toby ). The evening meal was excellent and the full English breakfast cooked perfectly. The hotel was very quiet during our stay. The hotel is right on the South West coast path next to a lovely beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Thank you very much for your kind review and compliment about our great staff. They are key to our success and Toby was very happy to receive a mention. For those, like yourselves, who like walking on the coastal path we are perfectly located, and where better to return to after your walk than our hotel to enjoy a delicious...

Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, clean, light and airy. Our dog was treated as a guest. There is lots to do in the hotel -games room, snug with board games and books, cinema, swimming pool. So if it is raining outside there is plenty to do inside. We went on a walk down to the beach which is absolutely...

We came here on our mini-moon, having married last week. After months spent working long hours, making arrangements for our wedding day and tolerating 12 weeks of building work we were in need of some relaxation. The Polurrian Bay Hotel has delivered this in spades. After a very long journey we had decided not to drive at all while we...

Firstly, if I could rate 0/5 I would. Should have known this would be down hill from the start, when we rang up to book, the receptionist booked us in for the 29th of January rather than December. So we called back to amend their mistake. When we arrived we were rudely looked down upon by a lady with blonde...

With 3 children under 6 and a dog we spent 5 nights celebrating Xmas at the hotel. The hotel is superb. From the location, customer service, kids club, food and standard of facilities we were thoroughly impressed as normally staying in such a hotel with a young family isn't considered. Lastly a big thank you to all the staff for...

We paid £220 for one night bed & breakfast in a "Large Superior Sea View Double" room. First, the good things - lovely staff, great view and awesome lounge area overlooking the sea. And really child friendly. Overall the hotel didn't live up to its "luxury" branding and price. The entrance was scruffy and the whole of the hotel could...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights with our 18 month old son. We were immediately welcomed very warmly by the beaming hotel receptionist, who already knew the name of our son. It's an old hotel but has had a significant makeover and modernisation in the main atrium area. It's now clearly geared up for families, and young...
