We stayed 2 nights in room No 1. This double room is on the small side and a little dated, though felt cozy and was spotlessly clean. The view is over the courtyard and road at the front of the hotel, which was fine as we were out most of the day anyway. The en-suite bathroom had an electric shower... More

A great place to stay on the Lizard peninsula with nice clean comfortable rooms. The full English breakfast was very good plus the lunch and evening menus are very varied and tasty with lots of great local fish. The owners Cheryl and Peter plus the rest of their staff were all fantastic and most helpful during our stay. The bar... More

We booked a double room at the Mounts Bay having decided to extend our stay in Cornwall. We had not expected to have a recently refurbished family suite in an annexe off the main pub so not at all noisy. The Mounts Bay is exceptional value and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for two nights. The room although a little dated is spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee provided and as an extra a little fridge! Peter and Jan excellent hosts, breakfast great. Would recommend. They are retiring at the end of the year and their daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Peter who own and run the pub side of... More

Looking for a place to eat in Million? Look no further. We had two meals in the restaurant, both top-notch. We called in on-spec on Sunday evening without booking. Even though they were busy, tables were juggled to fit us in, no fuss, just welcoming smiles. On Sundays they do a roast dinner all day, choice of beef or Turkey,... More

What a fantastic place to stay as you walk the Southwest Cornish Coast Path. Terrific accommodation in the town, and the best place to have a meal at night. Very popular, had to book for our meal and were not disappointed.

My sister and I stayed at this fabulous family run bed and breakfast with our dear old dad whilst returning to Cornwall to retrace our footsteps and relive memories of childhood holidays within the area. Mounts Bay Guest House is a real find!! Situated within the picturesque village of Mullion, it is within easy reach of the beautiful and breathtaking... More

The pub was great, but the guest house staff hadn't really grasped the idea of friendliness or customer service. Nice location, a lovely village and close to the coast. Just a shame that the guest house managed to live up to the cold Cornish locals as I had been warned about!

Mountsbay Guest House was a lovely surprise. The room was clean comfortable and spacious. The location was great and free parking nearby. Smashing breakfast in what is a superb hotel style bar and restaurant. The host Peter was great too making it a very enjoyable stay and easy to recommend. We will return later in the year. Book with confidence... More

I'm writing this review during my seven day stay. From the first moment I meet the owners I knew I was welcome. Every morning I am greeted with a warm smile and pleasant conversation over a fresh breakfast, fully laid out and with a view that can only be described as awe. The restaurant and bar downstairs are just as... More
