Many thanks for taking the time to post such a lovely review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your experience with us and found our fresh fish exceptional. Our fishing boat is out this weekend to catch some more! We hope to see you again.
As a woman travelling on her own I need to feel safe and comfortable. I stayed here overnight traveling to stay with friends further down in France. Food excellent, staff were friendly, helpful and the room was very comfortable. Will stay here again
For location you couldn’t get any better, you are right on the harbour. The room itself was spotlessly clean with everything we needed - tea/coffee/water, hairdryer, earplugs in the drawer also a nice touch. Room was decorated very simply and in neutral colours and a...More

I've come back from a stay at The Wheelhouse and unfortunately as it right on the quayside there is no parking. We parked on at the harbour car park which was 3 mins walk away and cost about £5 for 24 hours, but you have to go through some very narrow cobbled streets to get there.
If you nervous about narrow streets and you don't have much to carry, then there are public car parks as you approach the village. One car park says "narrow streets ahead", and there is also a private car park just after that, both are less than 3 minutes' walk from The Wheelhouse.
This may not be relevant but there was public metered disabled parking just in front of the B&B.
Have a great trip!
