We chose the Boscombe B&B as our base for five days exploring Cornwall and were so pleased that we did. Mevagissey is a charming port with excellent restaurants, walking distance to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and friendly residents including our hosts Andrew and Lynn who work hard to provide a wonderful experience for their guests. Rooms are charming and...

Lynn and Andrew provide those thoughtful 'extras' that make all the difference: two comfortable armchairs in the generously sized bedroom, a mini-fridge with fresh milk to go with the drinks tray, plenty of drawer and cupboard space, good bedside lighting, and so on. Boscombe B&B is spotlessly clean, visitors are made to feel welcome and the freshly prepared breakfasts are...

Thank you so much for such a fabulous review and the 'excellent' rating. We really appreciate your time in writing and posting your review so soon after departing, and it definitely makes our efforts worthwhile when we read comments such as yours. (Andrew is particularly chuffed with the porridge recommendation!) We very much hope that we can welcome you back...

We stayed at Boscombe in May 2017 for a Bank Holiday Break. It was easy enough to find, being one of the first properties in Mevagissey, although if you travel a little too quick;y you might miss the entrance! Car parking was ample, plenty of space even with other vehicles on the driveway. First impressions were good, with a well...

We're so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us enough to write such a wonderful review, and we're really flattered by your lovely detailed comments about our B&B. No problem with the super kingsize duvet - we were happy to oblige and we're pleased you both had a great night's sleep! It was a pleasure having you to stay...

This was our second stay at this first class B and B in Cornwall. Such a convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Mevagissey Harbour and half hour drive to Newquay. The owners were warm and welcoming once again, breakfast tasty and plentiful, the room was bright and very comfortable with high quality furnishings and it was very quiet so we...

Thank you too for your recommendation, we would love to see you both here again should you fancy another break in Cornwall. Very best wishes Lynn and Andrew

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Andrew and Lynn are the best hosts ever. They provided a number of choices for breakfast and lots of great information for the novice Cornwall tourist. We traveled here from Miami after a nice transatlantic cruise but our stay at Bascombe B&B in Megavissey was the highlight of our trip.

Fantastic atmosphere, service and room. Could easily be a hotel. Proper breakfast setting you up for a day in Kernow. Try the pubs and restaurants away from the harbour, that's where the locals go. Ask the owners, they will always help you.

Newly decorated, bright and airy, and spotless, the Boscombe is an exceptional B&B with Lynn and Andrew being the perfect hosts. There are plenty of breakfast options including everything from a full English to fresh fruit or Andrew's great porridge. We had room 2 which is lovely and bright and gets the afternoon sun. Biscuits and a good range of...

An excellent place to stay. Easy parking and within short walking distance of the quay where there are plenty of eating places. The friendly welcome and local advice was much appreciated. The bedroom was very comfortable and the breakfast was the best.

We picked the Boscombe as it was the first B&B we saw as we entered Mevagissey and what a good choice it was. Everything was top class from the service, décor and furniture.
