Travellers' Choice
Surf and sand, or shops and cafes? It's all on offer with Premier Inn Hotel Hayle. Just off the glorious sandy beaches of west Cornwall, we're also a great stopping-over point for travelling to the Isles of Scilly. And if you're here to work, we're close to key destinations like Pool Innovation Centre, too. Grab a bucket and spade (or a surfboard) and head for the beaches. Live on the edge at Land's End. Wander the winding streets and quirky galleries of St Ives. After a busy day exploring, plot a course for our tasty restaurant and a great night's sleep in our new, modern rooms with extra- comfy kingsize Hypnos beds.

We had an amazing four night stay. Could not fault the room the staff..the cleanliness. Highly recommend and we will definitely look forward to visit again. Happy New Year to all the staff there who were tremendous in this horrible covid environment...could not have been any more welcoming and professional.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We have stayed in the Premier Inn a few times this year in different places around the south of England and always find them very reliable friendly clean and comfortable. Hayle is very near St Ives and we left our car in St Erth station carpark and caught the train to St Ives. I would recommend this because it is very hard to park in St Ives and it was such fun looking out the window at the lovely scenery from the train window. We also drive to lovely Mousehole, Penzance and St Michaels Mount. which is not far from our hotel. Also, I recommend buying a Cornish Pasty from Philp's bakery in Hayle, very tasty.

Room much too hot (even in October) meant hardly any sleep. Stated no airconditioning but with no means of cooling the room (window with minimal opening and no fan) , completely spoilt our stay. Certainly did not expect this from a Premier Inn. Very disappointing.

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to hear you found the room to be too hot and that this spoiled your stay, this certainly isn't the experience we want for our guests when staying with us. I've raised your comments with the Hotel Management so they can follow this up internally and they'll see what can be done to avoid your experience being repeated. I apologise for the disappointment and hope this hasn't put you off staying with us in future, but if you do have any issues, our Reception Teams are on hand 24/7 and would have been happy to see if they could provide a fan to ensure a comfortable stay for you. Kind Regards Amy

We stayed on the 4th October 2020, Ground floor room...- outside temp approx 8 deg C- With room thermostat set as low as possible and window open as far as security cord would allow...room temp would not drop below 21degC. Security cord on window would not allow it to open far, with curtains open to aid air flow high intensity security light shining in made it impossible to sleep Reported to staff in the morning who were sympathetic, they knew about the problems- but said you will get no where if you submit a complaint to customer relations. They were right- Customer services reply dismissed the complaint- SO MUCH FOR A GOOD NIGHT GUARANTEE. Premier in Customer services falling back on the fact that there was no air conditioning!!! Would that be required in the winter!!!! All told very disappointed as Premier is normally good-

Hello there, thanks for taking the time to share your review. Whilst we're happy to hear you stayed with us, we're sorry the temperature in your room was too warm. We can imagine this left you feeling let down and this certainly isn't how we want our guest's to feel. Just so you know, we've now made a record of your comment's and have passed them to the hotel management team to see what improvement's can be made going forward. We wouldn't want standard's like these to continue so the heating in the room's will be checked to ensure any faults are rectified. With issue's such as these, we'd always encourage speaking with a team member as soon as you can as this would give them the chance to put thing's right which would hopefully help improve your night. Whilst we understand you reported this the following morning, as the team weren't given a reasonable amount of time to offer a resolution for the night, we wouldn't have been able to invoke our Good Night Guarantee on this occasion. Saying this, I'd like to assure you we take comment's like these very seriously. We hope this doesn't make you think twice about returning so please have confidence this isn't our usual standard and your comment's will be picked up. Thanks again for getting in touch and we hope to see you again soon. Ricky
