Last week we spent four days in Boscastle staying at Lower Meadows House. The proprietors Paul and Jacky were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely with a good en-suite, tea, coffee etc making facilities which included a delicious home-made cake, first time we have had that in a guest house! The breakfasts were excellent and though I am...

We jumped off a 26hr flight from Sydney, drove to Bostcastle and Lower Meadows House to rest our jet lag. What a wonderful place! Wonderful hosts mindful of their weary vegetarian guest made us feel very welcome. Will be back!

Recently booked 6 people into this superb accommodation. The owners were a delight to deal with, despite the natural "tooing and going" of a party! They tell me the accommodation was wondeful and the Cornish breakfasts delicious. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Paul and Jackie.

Our first time in Boscastle. The location of the B&B is spot on, in the lower village a few minutes walk from the harbour, and within easy reach of pubs, restaurants and a convenience store. Spotlessly clean accommodation, well appointed room and bathroom, and an excellent breakfast with local specialities. You can even use the fridge downstairs. Thanks Paul and...

Our three night stay in August 2016 was most enjoyable. Visiting from Canada with cousins from Kent, I felt right at home with a lovely spacious bedroom complete with its own shower. All well-maintained and very clean. Breakfasts were excellent - lots of choices, beautifully prepared and presented by Jackie, and served with just the right amount of fun by...

Stayed for three nights in Sept 2016. Marvelous location right in the centre of Boscastle. Paul and Jackie are wonderful hosts and have lots of local knowledge. This B and B is a credit to them, everywhere spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast options are many and various and all is cooked to order. All the bells and whistles, free...

Lovely spotlessly clean comfortable rooms with attention to details such as a variety of beverages "posh biscuits" corkscrew & wine glasses provided. Fantastic breakfasts - tried full Cornish & smoked haddock - both first class. Paul & Jackie were lovely hosts & nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended - would not hesitate to go back 😀

We stayed at Lower Meadows for 3 nights and loved it here. Lovely room and decor, comfy bed and the room had everything we needed. It was clean and spotless, the cake was amazing. Paul and Jackie were so friendly and smiley and made us feel right at home. They went the extra mile to sort out a birthday surprise...

Breakfast looked fantastic. Not being big breakfast eaters we didn't have a cooked breakfast but it smelt and looked lovely. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had corkscrew and wine glasses and home made cake waiting for us. Paul and Jackie couldn't have been more helpful. Our daughter was unwell while we were there and I felt totally at home....
