The hotel rooms are lovely and very clean. However the bar manager I think that's who he said he was needs to go on customer service training - after a lovely day at the Rugby 15 of us we arrived back at the hotel (yes we had a few beers) to be accused of stealing ??? Not sure what we...

Dear Lisa Thank you for your feedback following your stay recently . I was very concerned indeed to hear of your experience in the bar after your day out at the Rugby and would very much like to speak with you so as to gain a fuller understanding of what occurred. Perhaps I might ask that you contact me directly...

Perfect location for visiting family and the numerous historical buildings and parks nearby. Clean, attractive, modern and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Large restaurant with conservatory and outside seating overlooking the river opposite catering well for both adults and children. Food enjoyable.

Second Visit. Hotel upgraded recently, since our first visit. Comfortable room, excellent Queen-size bed. Decent breakfast, with good choice. If you have driven to the hotel, try the underground carpark - pedestrian exit leads straight to the lift, with access to reception and rooms. Good value for money, for this area. Minor quibbles - very poor lighting in the room,...

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had to pay a little extra for a balcony as my husband is a smoker but the room was really good value. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Very clean too. The pub and dining areas have a friendly relaxed feel and the outdoor seating area is a nice touch. Didn't feel like we...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting friends. Friendly welcome and early access to our room which was very clean, comfortable and quiet overnight even though it was at the front of the hotel overlooking the river and the road. Lovely comfortable bed and plenty of tea, Nespresso coffee, biscuits and fresh milk provided in the room. Stylish, modern bathroom with...
