Just got back from second visit, 24/3/2017, was as good as first, nothing to fault, top breakfast cooked by Elvis, don't get cooking oil on the suit, it's a bugger to get off them rhinestones !! See you both in October

Beautiful b&b, well decorated and looked after. Bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in on my extensive travels. Stayed in room 9 with sea view and was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was fantastic too. Will be back again.

Absolutely wonderful couple couldn't do enough for me and my family. The room I was in was a single it was so lovely, really comfy bed. The bathroom was nice in my room very clean and shower was beautiful. My mum and dad came all the way from New Zealand and stopped in the Promenade their bedroom was very spacious...

Stayed 2 nights with group of friends. Friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. All areas clean. Our room was classed as small double but I have stayed in much smaller rooms for much more money!! The shower was big enough to turn round in as well which is a pleasant surprise from a lot of b & bs where you...

What a lovely couple what run this hotel .friendly welcome.very helpfully. Went out of their way to help us . We went for a family funernal. And couldn't do enough for us . The room was like home from home . It was spotless and smelt lovely and fresh . And breakfast was very nice too plenty to choose from...

We arrived on the 8th of November for a funeral. The couple who run the hotel was lovely and so welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them they would go out of there way for you . We requested an early booking and that's exactly what we got nothing was a problem for them. Such a lovely hotel upto date...

We have just stayed foe 3 days in room 10 spotless room with a large shower ,Mick and Sue are fantastic hosts the breakfast was excellent you can have anything you wish all cooked fresh .We have been here a number of times and always get a very friendly welcome .,we would strongly recommend The promenade .

Well its actually quite a nice Guesthouse.Nice Proprietors ho made you welcome on arrival and throughout.Nicely located and nicely kept building.Parking Vouchers are free due to limited spaces at the front.Nice Communal areas.The Room was fine and stocked and clean.New Bathroom.Breakfast was fine with a nice Conservatory and good stocked selection of Fruits/Cereals.Cooked Beakfast fine.Wi Fi worked.At the Price i...

Really nice room, sea view, excellent breakfast that sets you up for the day, friendly and helpful owners, good location, free parking, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, have booked to return.

Excellent in every way,Hosts Sue & Mick very sociable nothing too much trouble ,must mention the full English breakfast ,the best I've had very filling and perfectly presented , food not on top of each other ..
