This was our 2nd stay with Jan & Billy.this time we brought friends along and again it was an excellent stay.nothing is too much trouble.all 4 of us will definetly be returning.the rooms are very comfortable & well appointed, impecably clean ( apart from the odd creature - see photo ).Breakfast was amazing again and sets you up for the...

Would recommend this guesthouse the hosts were very nice and the food was lovely thanks billy and Jan the rooms are very clean and stylish nothing is a problem for them and will go that extra mile to help you

Just had another visit to my favorite B&B perfect couple (Billy & Jan) to run a guest house nothing is too much trouble for them Billy's breakfasts will keep you full until an evening meal, is cooked by our great hostess Jan yorkshire puds roast potatoes mash lamb that melted in your mouth, and 4 vegetables.

We have just spent two nights at this fantastic guest house,great hosts,the room was kept spick and span and very good breakfast.We will definitely be booking this one again very soon.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Kilburn is the bestt hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at..Billy and Jan just can't do enough for their guests ..a real home from home from the superbly comfortable beds to the snow white soft towels..nothing is too much trouble...take a look at the guest book..not one bad review..Billy's breakfasts are legendary..Will be back in December...

I cannot recommend the Kilburn enough. I have always been an advocate of the traditional B & B as I like the family atmosphere and it is less clinical than most hotels. Me and my brother stayed the weekend at The Kilburn mid august. Great hosts and a great breakfast too. Rooms are very clean and up to high standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book here.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel a very warm welcoming from hosts billy & Jan our room was comfortable nice shower with toiletries provided ,we had a full English for breakfast and was very nice lots of cereals and fresh fruit aswell we love this place and will be hopefully returning soon would highly recommend.
