Fantastic hotel brilliant service would recommend to everyone. Couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely and staff was really friendly. If we wasn't sure on anything they would explain in detail for us

Stay here couple of times a year. Big rooms, reception staff helpful and responsive. Sadly this time, let down by really poor service at breakfast. On Saturday 27 May, three members of staff working in the restaurant. It was reasonably quiet. Ordered a poached egg. Had to remind them. They stood about yawning and chatting which made for a not...

We chose this hotel for a Sunday-Tuesday break as our daughters were going to a concert at the arena and we thought we would do the tourist thing whilst down there. The hotel rooms we got were great, 2 Kings next door to each other (even though Booking.com had only sent one reservation). Paul and Luxmee on the front desks...

Steps to get in, steps up and down all over the place. It is impossible to get anywhere in the hotel with out going up, then down, or down then up stairs. There is a wheelchair lift to get to reception, but why? That is as far as you can get independently. I was in a twin room, each bed...

If you appreciate modern buildings, not for you. Very nice hotel for a family to relax. We enjoyed our stay. Didnt explore the club and bar but the double room we stayed for quite spacey and clean. Will definitely return to stay on my next trip to Stockport/Manchester

Decided to give this place a go despite the bad rumours from locals. Should have listened to my gut instinct!! It is a disgusting horrid hotel. Room was dirty, dusty and dated. (Mites in the sheets as itched the whole time). The club appeared to be run by really dodgy people in my opinion. Very unwelcoming Rubbish food also.

We attended a wedding at the weekend and it was amazing. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food at the wedding breakfast and in the evening was perfect. My only gripe really was the disabled access. My mother is disabled and although there are lifts they are in very odd places! Like...
