We used this hotel for one night as a deal as it included free parking for Manchester airport. On arrival we found a large run down building but with very friendly and helpful staff, as had already been stated it seems to be used for immigrants who congregated around the reception area and stairways. Our room was very basic but...

We stayed over the Christmas period 23/27th December 2014, combination of leisure and to visit family/friends. We found the staff were very pleasant, although the room was a bit on the small side for 3 adults it was cleaned daily, bath towels changed, the shower worked without a problem, gel etc supplied, as was tea and coffee to drink out...

Stayed here for one night (thank goodness!) at the beginning of December with my daughter. We were on a coach tour to the Trafford Centre and did not find out the name of the hotel until we were on our way unfortunately. Check in went smoothly as key was in an envelope with our name on it. Furniture in the...

This has to be the worst hotel ever. It is more a hostel than a hotel as you will have to share with DSS refugees who occupy all the public areas and are not the best dressed. The place is dirty worn out and needs a complete revamp. The staff are courteous and do their best under very difficult conditions...

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and efficient so if the hotel uses this as a...

This was a lovely hotel, food was great, rooms were clean and cosy. Would recommend to others. The bar area was small but was great to interact with other people. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with anything required.

This hotel was hot, noisy, dirty, dated, over busy and over priced. I would highly recommend to stay away from this hotel at all costs! Vile! The bar and reception area is very busy all round the clock and when we were there there was lots of large drinking and rowdy groups of people. Lift was broke so we had...
