Stayed at this hotel for business for 8 weeks - couldn't of asked for anywhere better to stay! Ashleigh on reception is an absolute credit to the hotel - welcoming and friendly and goes above and beyond for the guests. The bar staff are incredible, friendly and deliver excellent service. The restaurant menu is lovely if you're after a nice... More

A nice hotel but pricey for what it is. Well decorated and looks to have been refurbished in the last few years. Shower design poor as floods the bathroom. Ordered room service which took nearly two hours to arrive despite being advised it would be 20mins. Food was luke warm when it arrived but I was so hungry I just... More

Great hotel. So close to motorway for driving to various destinations. Staff were all very friendly and room was very clean and comfirtable. Great having. Starbucks for a quick good quality coffee. The Douwr Egberts provided in room wasn't very nice

Leisure facilities were excellent. Staff very attentive and friendly. I'm a light sleeper and was very aware of outside room noise levels. Second night was kept awake by drunken shenanigans of other guests.

Bedroom was adequate but minor details lacking, possibly due to end of season. Very dim, poor combination of lighting. Could do with an armchair as have experienced in another Village hotel. Didn't like the kettle directly under the TV, TV should be mounted higher or elsewhere. Staff at all points of visit excellent, impeccable manners - thank you, it goes... More

Rooms are a good size, but dark , breakfast far to expensive, next door is half price! Drinks at bar far to dear, £10 for a pint and a medium wine! A good location being next to the motorway although with the windows they have you can hear it

Restaurant service a shambles as what asked for we needed to keep repeat asking for it as the waitresses would say yes then walk about 2 yards and forget what you asked for. They would then go off and serve other people. A young girl was left alone to check people in using automated machine that didn't work

Nice hotel, good facilities, close to motorway which was good and bad. Good because it was easy to get on the road and away in the morning, not so good because you could hear the traffic noise which seemed to go on all night. The restaurant was pretty good value and the food quality was good.
