We have stayed in a lot of b&b sand this one really impressed us. We had a lovely welcome, were shown to our room which was large overlooking the fields . A massive bed with good quality bedding, flat screen tv , plenty of storage space in the bedroom and also in the dressing room. Well stocked tea tray with... More

This is a delightful rural location, the room was spacious and well appointed the bathroom ditto. Way above good, never mind average, B and B. Really a small hotel but with a personal touch. Cannot fault it and great breakfast!

I searched for luxury B&B near Bury. This was ideal for my whole family to stay. We were all very taken with it - it certainly lacks for nothing. A well stocked tea tray in every room, more space than you need in the deluxe rooms and certainly plenty of room in the standard. Very comfy beds. Fluffy towels, hot... More

Very comfortable with lots of extra touches. We weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast as we had little time, but it sounded fantastic. Lovely room with all amenities, including books to read! Thanks Richard and Jane. If we are in Bury again, we will certainly hope to stay with you again.

As pointed out below, your last problem with this really lovely establishment will be finding the 2 stone pillars that you drive through off the main road. Impressive decor and furnishing (the comfy bed's headboard was straight out of game of thrones), warm and spotless room, good shower in the standard room, lovely good-sized breakfast. Reasonable price considering what you... More

Last B&B on our road trip and definately the best. Room was amazing the welcome was warm and the breakfast was good quality. High standards of cleanliness. Would definately recommend. Did not stay long enough to explore the surrounding area but view from room was over pretty countryside with horses in fields. Absolutely sets you up for more travelling.

It is possible that you will drive past the narrow entrance between the two stone pillars off the main road without spotting it at the first attempt, but that should be the last of your problems. Our room was large, clean and well equipped, with a lovely bathroom and a great view over Manchester. The breakfast was top quality, the... More

We had trouble finding this place but we glad we did. Our spacious room had a king sized bed and there was a separate dressing area and an en suite with both bath and shower. We had a rural view. There were tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Downstairs is a very spacious guest living area along with a... More
