Wow, really nice place. Stayed at the farm house looked stunning, great parking. But the room got really cold, you have to have the heater on all night. Breakfast was included (free) but the dishes weren't clean and I asked the staff there she told they were! Other then that was really good... 8/10

I only live round the corner from this place and every now and again we decide to pop in for a meal last minute. But this time was possibly the last time!!! Food was really bad and all of it not just some of it all of it for all of us. If it was just one of the meals...

Sadly we never got to stay for a meal (4 people), due to one waitress who felt she was far to good to be troubled. Not only did she make it quite clear that all the tables were reserved but she had no time to put reservations on them, but after we sat down, she spoke to my husband in...

Very clean comfortable room, extras included good tv with All channels, Free wi-fi that actually worked. Staff in hotel and restraunt were both polite and friendly. Food was both hot and well presented, very cheap with 2 for 1 a great attraction. I would have no trouble recommending this establishment to friends and relatives.

I have stayed here twice now, and found the rooms very clean and tidy, with fresh clean towels Tv and tea and coffee making facilities. The only downside I found about the room was the mattress was way on the firm side for me, but this is just a personal view. I quite enjoyed the cooked breakfast, and there is...

Got a good deal for one nights b&b. Would not be happy to pay full price for this budget hotel. Very similar to travelodge/premier inn hotels. Not a problem as we are always content with budget hotel rooms. The room, bedding and towels were spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee available in the room. Large screen tv with freeview. Only had...

This years works Christmas Party was up the road and...

We stayed at Meadow Farm as we were meeting some old friends who were coming up from Plymouth and they had used this hotel before so we decided to have a couple of days with them here. We paid a very good price at just £99 per couple for 2 nights b&b. The rooms are basic but adequate and the...

12 Dec, I booked for my wife, two daughters and two grandchildren to have lunch for my wife's birthday. My menu was stuck together with gravy and food. The venue was not busy but 1 main, 2 melts, 1 sandwich, 3 chips took over half an hour to arrive. The prawn sandwich was ordered on brown but was served on...

We booked it based on previous TripAdvisor reviews - thank you, people! And were not disappointed. Reception was warm and friendly, and our room, in the old farm, was clean, spacious, warm and with the most comfortable bed. My husband's only grouse was that there was no shaving light over the mirror, and he felt that a heated towel rail...
