Caroline and Neville were the most amazing hosts - incredibly warm and welcoming. We were welcomed with tea and cake and had a lovely room, scented with a bunch of fresh sweet peas. We were with friends who had booked into a nearby B&B, where the hosts were delayed, so they got tea and cake too, and a lift later....

We had the double Bedroom this stay with a view over the water meadow and the River Avon but great as the view is it does not come close to the hosts. Neville and Caroline are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them be it a cup of tea when you arrive to a copy of the...

This was my second stay at Weir Cottage. Overnight this time and several days last summer. Neil & Caroline are very welcoming and accommodating. Just say what you want for breakfast! Acess to kitchen for tea or coffee. Comfortable rooms and lovely bathroom. There's a garden to sit out in. Nearest pub is in next village Marden -the Millstream which...

I could say a million great things about our stay here but even that would not be enough. The couple who ran it were so attentive and welcoming. The rooms were of a great size and the beds very comfy. The views out of the window are just mind blowing. As for the breakfast, divine! Moving was too much for...

Perfect in every way is how my wife described our stay. Caroline and Neville are great hosts. Things started well when Neville offered to help with the bags from the car park which is immediately adjacent to this delightfully end of terrace cottage. That was the level of service we got the whole time. They even offered to drive us...

Caroline and Neville offer such a warm and genuine welcome that you really feel right at home and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are very comfortable with lovely views over open countryside. Breakfast in the large kitchen is a...

My husband, 4 month old baby and mother-in-law stayed at Caroline and Neville Burrell's B&B this weekend (18 April 2015) for a nearby wedding. They could not have been better hosts: they were amazingly accommodating and wonderfully welcoming. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for me - so much homemade/ home-grown produce, the range and the size of the full...

Absolutely fabulous! What a lovely house with lovely people. Caroline and Neville couldn't do enough for us, so accommodating and helpful. The house is warm, spacious and clean with great facilities and wonderful scenery. Our breakfast was delicious every morning and we'll certainly return when we're next in the area. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed with Caroline and Neville at Weir Cottage for 2 nights in July 2013. We had a very warm welcome and the cottage was so clean and cosy. Our breakfast was all freshly cooked, served with homemade preserves. They were more like friend's who you want to visit again! Lovely place, lovely people, what more could...

My son and I recently spent a night at weir cottage B & B during a cycling trip along the Kennet and Avon canal. Caroline and Neville were perfect hosts (tea and cake on arrival in their beautiful garden, advice on how to walk across the fields to the pub for our evening meal, and a banana each to take...
