It was convenient for our visit to the Summer Solsitce at Stonehenge. One issue was the unbelievable smell of chlorine/cleaning products which was rather overwhelming and quite unpleasant. Windows could only be opened to a minimum. There was a very damp smell in the room and mould on the bathroom ceiling. Maybe it is time for a makeover and a...

I stayed here while visiting Stonehenge for the 2016 summer solstice. It's a very basic little travelodge at a services about two miles away from Stonehenge and a stone's throw from Woodhenge (which you might as well visit as it's so close and the surrounding countryside is beautiful). It's also a second's drive to Amesbury which has some little pubs...

I booked two rooms online for ourselves and our son and his girlfriend who were booked to do a skydive at nearby Old Sarum. The online service allowed me to book our breakfasts but reception informed me on arrival that they have no kitchen facility and that the breakfast is a box of juice plus a muffin, cereal bar etc....

Lovely clean hotel, quiet in the room but noisy when windows open, comfy beds. Very welcoming! Bathroom towels changed daily, beds made. Airy, cool room, with adequate refreshments available. Would use again.

We stayed here for two nights. the location was great - would stay again. Very clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Only issue was noise, so take a fan with you so that window can be shut at night. Otherwise no problems, Able to walk to nearby town plus Burger King and Little Chef adjacent to hotel.

I have stayed at this particular Travelodge on a few occasions this time being for 3 nights (5,6,7, June). What can you say about this hotel only good rooms, attentive staff, clean, quiet (mostly), and a good shower. My only gripe would be how the prices never seem stable and fluctuate all the time. This hotel is heading towards a...

This was my second stay here, the first being probably twelve months ago. I gave a good review then and I do so again now. A friendly welcome, a perfectly clean, well maintained room and a quiet night's sleep, followed by a decent shower - nothing to moan about at all. A good example of what a Travelodge should be....

The hotel is close to the A303, A little chef restaurant and a petrol station. Parking is limited outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We paid the extra £10 to book in at midday as we were too early for the 3pm booking. The room itself is like any other travelodge. Temperature was fine in the room...

A great split in reception staff. On arrival polite and professional and when returning simply ignored. Entrance and corridors appear dated and the request for use of an iron took time because of the state of them. Could be so much better
