Stayed one night at the Craiglands as part of a coach trip to the Christmas markets of Harrogate and York. Considering the price we paid, we weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprized. Check-in was efficient and speedy, the room was clean and adequate for our needs, and dinner and breakfast (also included in the trip) were excellent. Staff...

After about 15 mins the receptionist said there was a room and apologised for the wait. Room...

Food and bar: For Yorkshire I was severely disappointed and wished I had gone up to the pub on the top of the hill which does amazing food!! The TV was on and the stereo system so there was just a big clash of noise! Not a pleasant atmosphere, also the chairs needed a good dusting the leather button indent...

Went with 4 friends today for afternoon tea with a Groupon voucher. Although there was some confusion about our booking - despite booking it 4 weeks ago, the team made every effort to make us welcome, it was a bit messy in the lounge so we asked to move to a table for our afternoon tea which they set up...
