First of all have read previous reviews and all are same as me and my girlfriends experience. We needed a place that took cards for last day in Nicaragua so chose this place. We asked the guys the night before if all fees included etc. We speak spanish. And they said yes. We get there to check in and totally...

We went here to look for a free room. It was very dirty...there were dogpoo on the terace (2 times). The staff hangs around and did nothing. Maybe you use your freetime to clean the building. More than 60 dollars for a night is a joke for the quality. The only good thing is that they have a pool and...

This hotel has great potential, just seems like they don't care. We stayed here for 3 nights while in town, was a great location right on the beach with a pool. We have been staying in very budget accommodations the rest of our 3 weeks in Nicaragua and decided we could pay a bit more. When we arrived the lady...

Love it!! The lady owner is so nice, she was always happy and attentive during our stay. Definetly coming back. The sunday funday party is a must do. The sunset is the best. The pool is also really nice. Everything was perfect from the day we got there to the day we left.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights, and felt that for the money we paid it was very reasonable. We were originally going to stay at a different hotel, but their prices were $120+ with a bath tub sized pool so we're delighted to stumble across Anamar :) The pool overlooking the ocean really is sublime. It is...

Dirty, dark rooms, mouse droppings in the bathroom. Within 4 days anyone clear up room, did not change the towels. Very reluctant, lazy staff! Disgusting breakfast without coffee and tea. The proximity of the local discos! We do not recommend a visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At Anamar we value guest feedback as this helps us deliver a better service. We are very sorry that you did not find our breakfast to your liking as we are offering breakfast free of charge to our guests. Cleanliness and attention to detail is not something we take lightly at our hotel. The service you received does not reflect...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, avoid at all costs. It was a disaster! Dirty, nasty staff, no water, pool has things growing in it, construction outside the window, sketchy area, inedible breakfast., no mirror in bathroom, tiles ripped out and exposed electric wiring. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the fine toilet paper.

Not bad. The pool is beautiful and the location is on the main strip and right on the beach. Staff was friendly, although the girl that greeted us spoke no English (very nice still!). The rooms were just okay... As dirty easy-to-please backpackers, we didn't mind the older ripped duvets and noise. Make sure to ask for a room on...

I have been to Hotel Anamar a couple of times already due to the fact that me and my friends love to spend time at the beach, specially in San Juan del Sur! The location is perfect, in front of the beach, with a big nice pool and just a couple of steps away from all the restaurants and night...

Rude staff, dirty and very noisy place. We planned to spend two night at anamar: The description was great. The only real thing is that anamar has a pool and is in The beach. We had room number 2 on The ground floor: saturday was impossible to sleep because of The noise. But, of course it can happens if The...

We are sorry to hear about your experience at our hotel. As you might have heard before, the noise comes from a disco/club across the street and for years we've been struggling with them to take appropriate measures and sound proof their business. However, up to this day nothing has been done. We do our best to provide a safe,clean,...
