Located close to Labrang Monastery. Unexpectedly cold in early October and the hotel does not have heat. They kindly provided an extra duvet. Plenty of hot water in the shower unlike many other hotels on my trip. The bed was comfortable, not as hard as Chinese mattresses can be. The room was spacious. The TV and the wifi both worked....

When we arrived Xiahe after Long day of traveling, we briefly checked the conditions of the rooms in Overseas Tibetan Hotel. The toilet edges have stains but we did not really bother as we were just happy enough to have found ensuite rooms that are within our Budget and few steps from Labrang Monastery. However, after we checked in, we...

The hotel has a great location, just opposite Labrang Monastery. Staff were very nice, however the rooms are very small and not the cleanest. Bathrooms also very small and the entire bathroom floor will be wet after taking a shower.

Comfortable and spacious room with Tibetan decorations. There was an enclosed shower which is rare in China. Very good locations, right near the Labrang Monastry. Staff can give advice in English on other places to visit. Attached cafe provided enjoyable and reasonably price breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, while travelling from Shanghai to Tibet and then to Beijing. Compared to other hotels we visited, this one was very cosy, clean, and absolutely centrally located. Hotel serves simple and good breakfast. It is decoarated in Tibetan style decor. It is located very close to a main shopping street and to a...

We stayed there 3 nights in double ensuite for 200 RMB per night. Hotel is located right next to the Labrang Monastery and 15 minutes walk from the bus stop. The room and the bathroom were very clean and nice size. Comfortable beds, hot water and well-worked wifi. Staff was OK, but without special kindness. Overall we had a great...

We stayed in a double room for three nights. Rooms are quite nice with some Tibetan wall decor and very clean, basic bathroom (shower had great water pressure!). Location is right across the street from the Labrang Monastery so very convenient. Overall very nice hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights in their 4 bed dorm room. Holiday season had finished so was on my own in the dorm. Dorm is basic but cheap, clean, hard bed but warm bedding so good value. Bathroom close by - clean, shower was only warm but manageable and the overcast weather may have diminished the solar heating. Good wifi...

Stayed two nights. Perfect location to visit the monastery which is at a 5 minute walk. You are in the mid of the small town, with all the buzz that goes with it. Is part of the experience. Visit during summer, busy with Chineese tourists, temperature drops pleasantly at night. Had two very clean rooms , each with large seperate...

Good friendly service with good sized rooms. Cleanness could be better, but good enough for this trip. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect to visit the monastery and town. Also hotel can help you with trips to the grasslands.
