Nice hotel located off Main Street. Lovely wood trim all over the hotel. Easy check in and taken to our room on second floor. No elevator so be aware of that. Our room was very clean yet small. Very comfy queen bed, flat screen TV and love seat. Breakfast was included. Fancy named food but basically bacon and eggs with...

A richly atmospheric inn with beautiful wood beams and a stunning garden in the rear. Most of all, the food is sensational, with simple but brilliantly prepared dinner and breakfast. If not too cold, you can dine on the veranda overlooking the garden. Exceptionally friendly service, too. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds, though the cheapest rooms are...

My wife and I stayed two nights recently and found the Inn to be delightful in every way. The room was spacious and clean. The back porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard made us feel like we were in the privacy of a private estate. The breakfasts were served in a charming restaurant with white table linen. The check in...

We spent a beautiful Saturday night dining on the back porch overlooking the gardens. Service was adequate but food was amazing. I had the scallops which were a little salty as previous reviewers had mentioned but not overpowering. Pesto risotto was yummy. Should have skipped the corn bisque which was a little bland. My husband's pork tenderloin with cherry compote...

First class dining and rooms. Staff is wonderful and the surrounding town and area has plenty to do for a weekend away.It is more couples oriented but kids I believe are welcome. If you like to horseback ride that is in the area as well as tubing down the laxawaxeen river.

We were unable to get overnight accommodations. But we had a wonderful cocktail strolling the gardens. We had numerous visits from a hummingbird. We enjoyed our meal on the terrace watching the sunset. We were impressed with the fresh ingredients and tasty food combinations. Our server Brandon was terrific. A memorable evening. We will plan ahead for our next trip.

Breakfast was delicious and dinner even better. Live music too. Very cozy by the fire and played scrabble too. Wine selection was superb. Not too far of a drive from Philly. What a wonderful romantic getaway!

We needed to stay overnight after camp visiting day this past weekend. Settlers Inn has been around forever in Hawley, PA but I never stayed there. The room was great and the inn has a tremendous amount of charm. The room rate was a bit expensive for a Sunday night but there aren't too many options nearby. This was the...

In looking for accommodation in the Poconos, we were trying to stay away from the larger hotels, and trying to avoid the congestion that that may bring, while trying to ensure a level of service and comfort that you would expect from a larger hotel. With this Inn, we found it. While the Inn itself is quaint, and limited to...

We recently spent 2 very enjoyable days at the Settlers Inn. The inn is a treasure, decorated in Stickley furniture, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The restaurant is exceptional, with fresh and perfectly prepared food. The staff goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful.
