We went for a facial and foot reflexology. The staff was nice enough. The facility had no spa ambiance. Our robes were too small and they had yellowish discolor. The women's changing room was small and unkept. Robes were throne about as well as the sandals they provided. There were also left over water cups on the sink. There was...

What a lovely property. Beautiful English Gardens. The spa was wonderful...sue and Shannon were wonderful massage therapists. The restaurant was good, but service a bit slow. Rooms are a bit rustic, but very clean. Overall, we had a great weekend. We will return!

My Family had a Reunion at Felicita Resort on the July 26th weekend. The reviews that I saw were very mixed. I actually went to the resort about 3 months ago to see how this resort looked. It looked really nice it was cold but I felt for the month of July it would probobly be good. It was better...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night to celebrate out anniversary. We had looked at the Hershey hotel, but couldn't justify spending over 1,000 on one night. We selected the package at felicita that included spa services and dinner. The spa was good - however due to one person calling off, the entire schedule was messed...

A friend and I went for a weekend getaway to try and relax and try a new place but stay local to our homes. Our first impression of Felicita was wow, a lot of overgrown everything. Our second impression, where is everyone? The reviews here said staff was rude and unresponsive but we found them to be very nice and...

We arrived on the night of July 19, 2013. First the gripes. The air conditioning was working, but quite noisy. The alarm clock consistently ran fast, a major drawback when the hotel advised that the wake-up service was not working. When we wanted to eat at the hotel's restaurant, the directions were hard to follow and I have a pretty...

I had a friend come in from out of town and we typically do a spa day and decided to try this spa to save some money this year, as opposed to going to Hershey for the spa. The website, although bosting no pictures of the spa, made it seem like a nice place. What a waste of money! We...

We were late check-ins. No one was working the front desk so my husband called the number posted. A man walked to the office (he seemed to have been sleeping) to check us in. He didn't say much and wasn't very welcoming. Granted we did arrive around 10pm. When we entered our room it was about 110 degrees. The day's...

Visited for a recent wedding - areas around the lodges are terribly weedy. Even the Italian Garden, which is their claim to fame, is run-down. The grass was cut, but the walls and steps are dirty and mortar is coming out on staircases. The stones on the paths are worn away or uneven in many places. The perennials along the...

This facility bills itself as a 'resort' and 'spa', but I saw evidence of neither during our stay. The woodland setting is beautiful and the room in one of the lodges where we stayed was clean, but the atmosphere is more of a budget motel than a resort. I tried to book a pedicure when we checked in on a...
