I stayed in this property in April 2022 & i must say that it’s was an amazing experience of staying here. At first i was a little skeptical while booking this place because somehow the images here didn’t give a complete picture of what i should be expecting at this property, but when i arrived at this property everything starting from check-in until checkout was perfect. The staff is very courteous & polite & the service here is super quick, trust me i am comparing the service speed with the mariott’s & taj. I was amazed to see such a quick service. Also the food here was too good even for north indian’s, go for the buffet it’s very reasonably priced at 500 & it’s really good. This property is for everyone from couples to family or fiends. We made the plan to visit this place with huge expectation, unfortunately it turned to be a worst experience. From the time we entered the resort we couldn't find any support staff to help us. I am not sure whether this is due to less staff at this property. The food served at this place is horrible. It taste bad and of poor quality. The room where I stayed is good, the villa type property will give you a peace of mind during the evening walk and helps to enjoy the beauty of nature. But this peace of mind will loose as soon as you go to bed. The bed is of poor quality, the spring sound disturbs your sleep and you will loose the peace of mind which you got in the evening. No house keeping guys to help you to clean the space post your dinner (Due to rain we asked to deliver the food to room). The property is clean to walk around but the pool is dirty (full of worms) and stinging badly. When I enquired with other mates, i understood it was in same condition for last few days. Only good thing here is the type of property (Villa). Thankfully I planned the stay here only for a day.…

Excellent Resort for staycation near Munnar. Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and wanted to stay more. Even in the pandemic situation they are giving the best service possible to every guest coming to the resort. Superb location, food from the restaurant is great, clean pool and rooms. They have almost all activities like paddle boats, cricket kits, badminton court, basket ball court etc etc for spending your day at the Resort. Special thanks to Mr. Arun from the Front office department, always ready to go the extra mile for their guests. Highly recommend

* We have booked 3 rooms for 2 days..They don know how to make a executive room clean..They are doing the promotion like they are in 5 Star category..but we can see only Stars after the final bill..Very unprofessional behaviours ..If possible take a bed also for the sleep.. * Guest should bring battery cells for Tv remotes and Ac remotes..if possible one small generator for the power cuts also.. * The food what they are serving is utterly bad and it is very over priced..we have ordered sweet corn soup, mixed friedRice and chilli chicken and the complementary breakfast ..The total food amount was 9477 Rupees only.. * when we told the captain about the worst food quality the reply was very funny..” THIS IS THE TASTE OF BROAD BEAN”.. * The concerned authorities should look into this matter and a proper course of action should be implemented.. * 5 Star Bills are also attached..…

Trust us when we state that this is the first time any of our guests have been thus affected. While on this point, let me please assure you that the peculiar architecture of our resort, prompted by the lay of the land is the reason for the arrangement of the rooms but that every room has the same view, though it is a popular mistake to assume that the higher placed rooms have better ones.
