Wonderful place to go for a holiday with family. Byitself great for its scenic beauty, the panoramic view, A small trek down private place with a cascade.Hats off to the service, children were taken care off, Food served with love & care which has a homely touch. Highly recommended for a holiday with family.

With breathtaking taking views of the mountain and plantations Green Trees is the perfect resort for a getaway with family or friends. Very well maintained, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. All the staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. The food was delicious and felt very homely. We will definitely choose Green Trees in our next visit to Munnar.

Green Trees Luxury Suites hotel in Munnar is really bad. The rooms are dirty and smell bad. They mix drainage water in the bath, and it's causing skin infections. The water is dark brown. No one is around in the reception or any other rooms case of any emergency, and it feels like staying in the middle of a forest. The hotel staff looks unfriendly, not suitable for families. The photos on Google are old and don't match the actual condition. I checked Google reviews, and they seem fake. This hotel is not worth even 500 rupees.

Amazing. Our stay was so pleasant with green trees. We have stayed in the Valley View room and we got a perfect view to the mountain. The main reason we liked the hotel was the windows and doors are so wide. Because of the sliding door the entire wall is open and we get fresh air to the rooms. We suggest the hotel.

We had done booking for two days staff was very bad food was very poor breakfast very poor no water receptionist was roude they speaks friendly only on arrival after that they wants money other than booking TOTALY IF UWANT TO WASTE MONEY TIME AND JOURNEY THEN HAVE ASTAY AT GREEN TREES

It was nice experience, and the view from balcony was awesome. only one con i find food price was bit more and room service was not so responsive needs to improve. We feel its bit more distance from Munnar town.
Overall its value to money if they maintain the good service.

We stayed at Green Trees during the last week of November. This is around 13 kms away from Munnar and and is away from the chaos. The view from the resort is amazing and the sliding doors are inviting the nature into the rooms. The food is good and the staff is friendly and professional. I would strongly suggest this resort to anyone who is looking for a calm stay!!!

One of the worst hotel of Munnar(Kerla). Staff of the hotel are gundas. One of room of our group member unlocked without our permission in our absence and lagage thrown out to another room and on complaining this the behavior of the staff was very aggressive. They misbehaved with us and touched us physically. So I never advice to any one stay in this hotel.

We took the Treetop Hut to try a new experience even if it was expensive. We were so excited! But...
PROS: - welcome drink - good food - good service - sounds of nature, river and birds - 5 min by car from the tea plantations
CONS: - in front of the reception you have a massive electricity pylon - Not at the top of the trees, they are cut and your Hut is at max 4m - The path to go to your room is disgusting - Full of mosquitoes and not net in the room. We didn't sleep and were bitten all over! - nice view from the balcony but with lots of garbage everywhere - A few not finished building as neighbors with garbage all around - Smells of goat, actually they have goats just nearby the room - The restaurant is really small and not nice at all, better to order the food from your room if the phone is working, our was broken - Really expensive for what you get, we paid 95€ (7000 INR) through booking.com, then they add 8% taxes + 2.5% if you pay by card.
We went to a few different places in India really cheap for way better quality.
