Our stay at The Munnar Queen was a very pleasant experience during this covid times. They opened only recently with all covid protocol. We were asked to use the sanitizers before entering and body temperature checked. Our baggage, though very limited but sanitized. Checkin was smooth online. No touch points all through our mobile phone. Menu was sent in whats aap and we were briefed thoroughly. Food was very good . However the choice is limited. I was told that the menu will be elaborate once they open in full swing. Hospitality was fabulous. Breakfast was served at the room. Overall we had a pleasant stay with this resort. I will certainly recomend this to my friends.

The property is in Anachal, nearly 11kms from Munnar town and is located at a beautiful landscape by the roadside. The rooms are quite small for a 4 star hotel, but considering the other properties in Munnar, they are decent enough. You get every facilities from resturant, games room, children's play area etc. They have provisions for DJ and Bonefire as well on the open terrace. Try to book a room with a balcony, the view is amazing from the rooms and you will totally love it!! The staff is so good and helpful. It's better to book room by calling the property rather than online platforms, the hotel gives you better rate and even upgrade the rooms free of cost which includes breakfast. (My case, I got to save around 7k for 3 night stay by direct booking). The food is average, but considering the staff shortage due to Corona pandemic, they managed it really well, I would say. They didn't have a buffet and I had to go with a la carte for lunch and dinner, which is costly. You can take a walk for 10mins or drive 500m to Anachal town and there are some good restaurants available if needed. The pool is so good and is on the 7th floor(rooftop), as I mentioned the view is amazing from there too. Try to take the jeep Safari, which cost me around 2300/- (for 6 people) they will take you to all the nearby sites, and trust me that 3hr trip will be totally worth it.

We had our recent trip to Munnar and needless to say the stay was awesome at Munnar Queen. The suit room was highly higene and had a very good room service..kids will really enjoyed the roof top swimming pool. A very good complimentory breakfast with a lot of items.. Dosa, idly, put, omelet, bread, juices, cornflakes, etc.. It's really worth.. The staff are really friendly and at our services any time on a call.. The Indoor play area is occupied with a lot of thing which includes table tennis, carrom, etc.. The amount we paid is really worth and had a very good time...enjoyed a lot..

Last week we stayed in this lovely hotel after a boring lockdown period. It was a welcome change. The climate was superb and some times Misty. Though it was drissling for some time in the evening, we enjoyed it. Hotel has a lovely location with a breath taking view. Though they opened the hotel just two days before, we were welcomed with a warmnhospitality and withncovid protocols. Sanitizers are available in the entrance and other touch points . Temperature was taken. Our luggages sanitized and the entry was touchless.
The staff in the rception was warm with a smile. The food was tasty though they had a limited menu. May be because they are not fully opened.
Hospitality and comforts. Were. More than our expectation.

The location of resort is almost on a hilltop. The view from the rooftop is quite amazing. I had travellled there during the month of October. The climate was fabulous with slight drizzle and heavy fog. There is a rooftop swimming pool with access time from 7am to 7pm. Pool towels are provided on request. There is a restaurant in the first floor. Breakfast is buffet and they have quite a tasty variety to choose from. The rooms are neat and clean. The rooms are having front facing balconies with access through sliding glass door. There is a coffee maker provided in the room. The resort is equipped with a recreation room and a badminton court too. There is a seperate children's play area with a small slide and merry-go-round. Few points i have noticed during my stay 1. Since there is a coffee maker in the room, its better to make coffee or tea yourself with the same, instead of ordering from the restaurant. Both tastes almost same by the way. To be frank , the coffee is quite overpriced for its taste and quality. 2. The recreation room is having a foos ball setup , a carrom board, and a ping pong table. Sadly most of the stuff were either damaged by the previous guests or the items were not well maintained by the staff. I wish the items in the recreation room were given a bit more importance. ( Carrom coins missing, ping pong ball missing, foosball handles damaged.) Even though its not a point of importance, some guests might take this seriously. 3. Foul smell was emanating from the bathroom drains, even though the bathroom was neat and clean.

1. Wonderful mountain view from the hotel. 2. Neat and clean room 3. First day the hot water supply was erratic so had to take bath in cold water. 4. Good behaviour of the staffs prompt service n good food. 5. Wifi speed was very slow. 6. There was enough supply of bottled RO water which is rarely seen in other hotels. 7. Enough supply of Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the room with immediate replenishment.

My experience was amazing as usual, staff was very coperative one of your guy tushar das was very helpful ans coperative with us.. I appreciate him as a person.
I stayed in room no. 5000 , that was an amazing room, and food was good.
The only thing I dislike or can say I am disappointed with, thag your reception person has charged us for refilling the water bottle, which should not be happen.
If you are providing seal pack bislery bottle in that case it's ok to charge. But just to refill those empty bottle it's should not happen and this would be logical as well
It doesn't suits in terms of marketing point of view of myto one of the excellent hotel in munnar.

Me and my mom stayed for two nights to explore Munnar. The hospitality of Munnar Queen is so expressive. We had campfire and dance organized by Munnar Queen on our first night here. Buffet beakfast had so many varieties. Coffee was my personal favorite. There is a pool on the top floor. Amazing view from there. Our room was spacious and room service was always just a phone call away and prompt. Would like to visit again!!

We visited Munnar in December on a short family trip (family of 4 including a senior citizen and a child) . The hotel is built on two levels, we booked two rooms on the top floor. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean with all amenities, toiletries from Biotique in the bathroom. The USP of this place is the Welcoming, caring staff team and one of the most stunning views of Munnar from your room!! One can experience true tranquility and serenity from the comfort of your own room!. Highly recommended staying here with your loved ones and enjoying these Gorgeous views!
For Children, they have an open sky play area with the most stunning view's, surrounded by mountains!! It is one of the most beautiful play area I have come across so far in India. Your child will have a wonderful time. You can also take lovely photographs from the view point there.
Breakfast spread is good, mainly Indian food. The did have toast and cereal as well. We had lunch there as well which was quite good. The chef made Alfrefo Pasta with vegetables as a special request for our child. Due to time constraints did not use the spa. Overall the staff are very attentive and incase anything is amiss they quickly look into it. For couples they organise a special outdoor dinning experience as well on prior request. Highly recommended visiting the Munnar Queen Hotel and Spa for a memorable stay with breathtaking views!

We stayed at "The Munnar Queen" located at chitrapuram, Munnar. We checked in quickly. After checking in and much needed nap, Complimentary Breakfast is okay, not much variety food available. we went for a wonderful evening stroll around the resort before going on the dinner quest.

yup one of the best locations, as i saw around didn't find anything as good as this one, very good food and the view on the terrace really beautiful and value for money,
And no ola cabs please no cabs no rickshaw please book your own tourist vehicle, and hotel vehicle might be expensive. so please book a tourist vehicle before u plan that important i insist, as the places like tea factory and rose garden are far.
There are more places to choose from in the Chithirapuram area.
