There is a mini-fridge upstairs on the landing where the rooms are as well as a corkscrew and wine glasses, so you can definitely enjoy some adult beverages and put snacks in the fridge if needed. The ground floor includes the main kitchen, which the family sometimes comes in, but they really try to give guests privacy and have their own rooms either below ground or off to the side of the common area. The ground floor has a few different seating areas and a wood stove as well, which is lovely in colder months.
