Thanks first night we opted for a queen room, which will not happen again. Small room, uncomfortable bed. Upgraded to a king the following night and it was amazing! Spacious room and the bed was so comfortable! Helpful and friendly staff, at the base of geisinger.

Thank you Rebecca J! We appreciate your comments, and I am pleased to hear that you found a room that met your needs. Ironically, the queen beds are the newest on the property, having been purchased late last year. Bedding really is a personal choice. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to see you again in the...

Decided to stay in Danville, Pa. that was off the I-80 exits for the night. We selected the Pine Barn Inn in Danville. Is a very nice inn that had a restaurant and Tavern on site. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by while signing in and were even shown around the restaurant and Tavern. We were given a very...

Thank you - Thank you - Thank you! What a terrific review. We appreciate it greatly. The Danville Business Alliance should give you a special award. Very Clean and Affordable Hotel. The room was very spacious, with in room refrigerator and microwave. The rooms seem to be very quiet with little noise transfer between rooms. Dining and Cocktail Lounge within walking distances. Very Friendly staff.

We are vendors at an annual event at the Bloomsburg fairgrounds held at the same time every year in July. Our group and various manufacturer reps that attend the show with us have been staying at the Pine Barn Inn for many, many years. The rooms are nice and clean, we have always had good service and we love the...

Thank you MH3! Thank you for all of the times you have stayed at the Pine Barn! The event you visit us for, the Off-Road Jamboree, is a big hit, and something we look forward to every year. I will pass your kind words along to all of the staff. I will especially let John know, even though he is...

At first glance, we thought this was a drive-up motel. However, we were pleasantly surprised that it was so clean and cozy! It was a great full service hotel. Great location within steps to Geisinger (we were there to go to Geisinger). Will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area!

Thank you cicers20172017 for your review. We appreciate your kind words. Even in this information era, spreading the word about an independent hotel can be a challenge! Just a quick mention that while the Pine Barn does indeed have some rooms with entrances that open to the outside, most of our rooms have interior entrances. Thanks again!

As is the case with many of the guests, we stayed at the Pine Barn Inn because we had a family member fall ill and was being treated at the Geisinger Medical Center. We found the Inn to be a wonderful place, with incredibly friendly, helpful staff, immaculate facilities, and fine food. It was nice to know that everyone at...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is on the grounds of Geisinger Medical Center and is very convenient. Our daughter was having surgery and this was the perfect place for us to stay. There is a shuttle that they will call for you and the shuttle arrives promptly and goes to various parts of the hospital as well...

Thank you for your excellent review! It is always nice to hear that we have helped make a stressful situation a little more comfortable. Just a quick correction - the Geisinger shuttle runs weekdays from 5:00am until 9:00pm. In addition, the main entrance to the hospital is just a five minutes walk for those looking for a little exercise. Thanks...

We did not stay the night, but I would have liked to based on the conference facility and efficient staff there. The ambiance is perfect and the added detail of water and tea glasses, not paper, was great!

The beds are comfy, and there are a ton of pillows. Rooms were clean and we stayed in the recently renovated building. However, there isn't much in the way of noise prevention, and if you're a light sleeper, use a white noise app because you will hear people slamming their doors all night long, even mid week. Carpeting lends for...

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you comments. If you will be returning to the Pine Barn in the future, I suggest that you request the middle of the third floor of the 300 building. This is the quietest area on the property. This building has an elevator, so reaching the room is easy. Thank you again for choosing...
