My wife & I checked in on a cold Monday afternoon in February. We pulled into a circular driveway and approached a beautiful old style farmhouse. As we approached the house, we stopped to admire the koi in the pond, which were still quite active considering the weather. As we entered Glenn greeted us and proceeded to explain all the...

Wanting to get away for a romantic Valentine's Day weekend, we could not have made a better choice. This inn presents a warm welcome from the first step through the door to its well appointed, spacious and comfortable rooms (the Inverness was our choice). The innkeepers, Glen and Ashley, were very cordial and the small touches they've included definitely went...

A century ago Hamanassett was owned by the master of Lima Hunt & staying there today evokes that feel -- although with modern conveniences. We liked the sense of horses and dogs, but with an in-room DVD player and coffee maker, etc. We only stayed one February night, but could easily have stayed more, and it must be even better...

What a wonderful time we had at Hamanassett! It was a magical getaway for our 25th anniversary. So close to home, yet we were transported to another time which was so relaxing. Ashley and Glenn made us feel right at home, while still treating us as special guests. And the breakfasts were fabulous. We hope to return and would love...

In December, we had a 3-night stay at Hamanassett, probably our 10th stay there. Every time we go, there is something new and nice to surprise us: from small extra touches to completely redecorated rooms. The innkeepers, Ashley and Glen, are always working to make this a superior experience. Ours always has been, from the ease and beauty of the...

Our heartfelt thanks to Innkeepers Ashley & Glenn Mon as well as their staff (Jessica) for a most enjoyable experience..... Not only were the accomodations superb but the welcoming surroundings made it all the more pleasurable. The daily epicurean surprises that awaited us each morning coupled with friendly conversation made for a truly home away from home atmosphere. Would we...

Nice-sized rooms, spotlessly clean, quiet. Gourmet breakfast. Plenty of on-site parking. Short ride to Philly and Longwood Gardens. Beautiful setting. We stayed here Sep. 25-27 for our anniversary and could not have made a better choice. We have stayed at numerous B&Bs, and this is one of the best. Our hosts, Glenn & Ashley, are friendly and very accommodating, and...

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at Hamanassett. We wanted to escape New York, and we needed a place to bring our French Bulldog. They welcomed our family with open arms- and our dog enjoyed the experience as much as we did. The breakfast was wonderful- they should have a recipe page on their website so we...

When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Ashley and welcomed into this bed and breakfast with a tour of the inn. Ashley pointed out the history of the inn and the special amenities she provides for all the guests. There are fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for your enjoyment, also a full guest pantry with refreshments. We...
